The dough is a little different although mine has always been cooked. They always find my house in time. Their biggest problem is they take forever. I mean it!! They quote you 45-60 min for delivery which is bad enough, but then it takes at least an extra 30 min for them to actually arrive. No matter how many times you call them they say 5 more minutes. I wish they had better business sense, I would order from them all the time!
