MY REVIEW: This place is ok. The food is ok. The tapiocas are all syrup and food powders. I can find smoothies that are made from real food else where.

MY REVIEW: First impression was how clean the place is and what a friendly staff. It was after lunchtime on one of our recent hot days and even with all the windows it was cool inside without a frigid a/c feeling. Half full of business people and students. Two of us split an order of fresh and not oily egg rolls. I had a Vietnamese sandwich that was fresh, large, and delicious. He had Pho which was so big we had to share. It's in a small strip center with a surprisingly large number of parking spaces, some under tree shade. Very reasonable prices and hot entrees that looked really good.

MY REVIEW: Very clean. Service is good. One BIG problem is that the chicken is dark meat only and usually has alot of fat on it, would love it if the chicken was of better quality.

MY REVIEW: only go here if you want bland, un-exciting, non-authentic vietnamese food. even the boba's not that great.

MY REVIEW: I have visited this restaurant family for several years (the owners used to own Th*nh Vi in SW Houston). Kim and her husband make the best Pho in town and serve it with a homemade chili paste that is to die for. The place is immaculately clean (an unfortunate rarity in most downtown diners) and the staff are extremely friendly. If you've never tried Pho before (beef noodle soup), this is the place to get initiated. They used to offer Vietnamese sweets but no longer do (beg the staff to bring them back!!!); theirs were the best.

MY REVIEW: I like this place - they have a good selection of sandwiches, much more than the usual sandwich places. Tuna, sardines, pork strips, etc. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly.
