MY REVIEW: I stopped at Sonic(near Westheimer/Dairy Ashford) today on my way back to work and got the chicken nuggets and fries, and asked for honey mustard sauce but never got it. The server on skates came out several times but never brought the sauce. I finally just drove off. The food is not the best, but its ok once in a while when I'm in a hurry. It just really aggravates me when they don't bring or offer condiments. Compared to many other fast food chains, Sonic is not at the top of my list.

MY REVIEW: I go to the sonic on south Dairy ashford (77077) 4-6 times a week for ice cream with my niece. Of those 4-6 times the ice cream machine is broken a majority of the time. It is the closest one to my house and it is very inconvenient to go to another. It is very annoying I should know better and just drive to a different sonic but I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt.

MY REVIEW: I usually go there for my 30 minute lunch breaks.
I like the fact that the service is quick, and you don't have to exit your vehile if you are in a hurry, or just don't want to, but I think it's cool that they do have a Patio if you want to stay and eat.
At all of the Houston area locations I've been to my service has always been fast, and the food has been good.
The new breakfast's are pretty good to, especially if I need to drop in on my way to work.

MY REVIEW: Barker Cypress location #5603, Cypress, TX. Newly opened a 2-3 months ago, this one still doesn't have it right. I go for the cherry limeades, and they often forget the cherry or put it on the bottom - so you can't tell until you finish the drink. Just annoying.
Tonight was a comedy of errors. Aggravating enough to post about - in the hopes they will fix it. Bleh, left a bad taste in my mouth.
Was there 24 minutes (getting food, not eating there). Took them a few minutes to answer the buzz, got the food order wrong when reading it back to me, corrected it. No big deal.
The food came. The kids' fries were old, cold and gross. One kid's meal toy was missing. My meal was missing. The two cherry limeades each had about a tablespoon of ice. I asked if there were cherries. She didn't know. I asked for some. While she was gone I caught someone else and asked him for new fries. He said I'd have to pay for extra cherries. I told him they often didn't put cherries in the drink at all. He was pretty rude. I asked him for a cup so I could pour the drink in it to check for cherries. He brought me the cup. Still waiting on my burger and the new fries. A few minutes later the burger came. A few minutes later the fries came. A few minutes later the toy came. The little bit of ice in the cherry limeades was melted by now. Just liquid. There was an extra cherry. Got home (2 minutes away) and all the food was cold except the fries, which came out last. Guess what? My daughter's cherry limeade did not have a cherry in it! She didn't check until we got home; I gave her my extra one. Oh, and they did charge me 10 cents for the extra cherry. Geez. Hey, they also charged me for extra pickles - but did not credit me for asking for no tomatoes or onions. Are you kidding me????
I called their 800 number. At the end of the call they asked for my info and then asked if they could send me promotional material?! Oh yeah, use a complaint as an opportunity to market to me.

MY REVIEW: I paid another visit to Sonic and found to my surprise that the hamburgers were as good as ever. I had earlier complined they were dry. I don't know what the problem was, I found them as good as ever. Please disregard my earlier complaint.

MY REVIEW: Several months ago, Sonic changed its menu and their hamburger buns. The new ones are terrible! Very dry. Adding extra catsup doesn't help either.
I can't believe Sonic hasn't noticed the big drop off in sales. I'll never waste my money on their burgers again. I've tried it at three different Sonics and they're all the same.
BTW, their web site didn't allow me to complain.

MY REVIEW: I just had the worst grilled chicken sandwich ever from the Main St. location next to Target. I go to Sonic for the onion rings, and usually get this sandwich with that. Normally the sandwiches are edible, but this time it looked like the sandwich had been sitting under the heat lamp all day (I got it around 2pm). Sonic claims to make everything fresh to order but there's no way this was made fresh -- lettuce was all shrunken from heat, bun was mushed, even the chicken breast looked like it had been sitting around. Of course I didn't open the sandwich til I got back to my office, and I didn't have time to drive back and talk to the manager. I know from working in fast food that they're supposed to throw out food after it has been sitting out for a certain period of time, but of course, places try to same money by not doing that. I think I'll go further down the street to W-burger where food is made fresh.
