Substitue cake/contract not honored. Cake was leaning and missing chunks and grooms cake was ENTIRELY WRONG. The customer service after wedding was HORRIBLE and the refunded check bounced!!!!!! I feel that although the original cake was in an accident it may have been savageable being that it was a custom cake. The behavior of the owner was completely unprofessional and will never, never, never recommend this company to anyone!!!! It was supposed to be the most beautiful day of my life and because of this tragic "accident" all I did was shed tears for sole embarrassment of the God awful substitute cake!
