MY REVIEW: Had italian sausage with marinara and mozzarella as appetizer, it was great. Best homemade marinara sauce i have ever had. AWESOME pizza (i had manhattan pizza). The homemade cannoli and tiramisu (if you have room for it) were delicious. The owner is from New York and gives good service. Give this authentic italian restaurant a try, you will be glad you did.

MY REVIEW: We always enjoy going to this place. The service is great, the atmosphere is more than pleasing, and the food is simply fantastic. On weekdays they have a buffet from 11am till 2pm on which they have freshly chopped salad with fresh fixin's, multiple types of pizza, buffalo wings, lasagna and they even have cheescake. The pizza toppings are phenomenal and the cheescake is home made. The cost for the buffet and drink is under $10. Don't be afraid to visit this place on a weekend either, they have a setup for a band and a huge bar area. I am just so excited that a place like this exists in this area. If you are ever looking for a good Pizza, look no further

MY REVIEW: I have been going here for the lunchtime Pizza Buffet a month now. All of my experiences have gone very well. The pizza is excellent - crispy crust - good selection of toppings - great taste. (I love the cheese they use!). The salad items are nice and fresh with a reasonable selection of dressings and toppings. (I'm a Blue Cheese type and theirs is very good!) They usually have Hot and BBQ wings which are very good. They also have a few of their Italian Pasta or regular entree specialties on lunch Buffet every day and these have been most excellent in flavor. They usually have a couple of desert items on the buffet if you have a sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied.

This last weekend I wanted to try a dinner at this restaurant so my wife and I and another couple met to try it out. The pasta we ordered was excellent and there was plenty of it. Everything was great. The service was also very good - very responsive. All staff were very friendly. One thing I am picky about is cleanliness - dirty spotted silverware, dirty plates, or dirty tables just turn me off no matter how good the food is. Usually once and I am gone for good. With Manhattan Pizza, *So far* everything has been flawlessly clean on every visit. The only real weak point is a non-food one. The floor has some rather large uneven places near their bar which would be easy to trip on. I’m sure they will fix this soon as it is a nuisance to about everyone.

Getting to Manhattan Pizza is hampered by the seeming permanent road construction going on in front of their business but don't let that stop you from a great meal. I'd recommend this place to anyone that likes great pizza and excellent italian food! One more thing - 4 adults eating a pasta dinner with soft drinks was just a little over $44.00 excluding the tip. Not a bad price for excellent Italian food! Give it a try I don't think you will be disappointed.

MY REVIEW: I love the atmosphere but the pizza is by far THE Best in Town! The quality of the cheese on the pizza is the finest. My husband turned me on to this place and we have now made it our new hangout! Jimmy is the owner and always there to greet you .We took a group of friends last saturday night to watch the De La Hoya fight and had a blast. Excellent Chicken Parmigiana and awesome spicy wings. In 2weeks they will offer a huge italian lunch buffet. Excellent catering too we use them all the time for the office.

MY REVIEW: Went to Manhattan for the first time the other day by chance (had a craving for pizza and "stumbled" upon this place) We got there before dinner (around 4pm) and the place was empty at first. The set up is very nice and even has an area for kids. We ordered the fried zucchini and margherita pizza with prosciutto and our meal was served with complimentary garlic bread and marinara. Everything was fresh, warm, and very delicious!

MY REVIEW: The food is great. The pizza tastes very authentic. Plus you get what you paid for. The only thing is that since it's located on HWY 6 and the construction is going on, it makes it a little more difficult to see from the road. It's well worth looking for. I say stop in.

MY REVIEW: I have to agree with the previous reviewer. The pizza here is fantastic- the service leaves a lot to be desired. For one, the man who usually answers the phone is abrubt and rude, and two, even though they had delivered numerous times to my house they always got lost. Twice, they took 30min longer than expected.

As was said before, great pizza, horrendous service.

MY REVIEW: MOVE OVER STAR AND FUZZY'S, THE ONLY REASON THIS PLACE HAS NOT RUN YOU OUT OF BUSINESS IS BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT IN YOUR LOCAL AREAS. I'M FROM NYC AND I AM A PIZZA SNOB. I KNOW THAT PIZZA IS CALLED "PIE" AND I KNOW THAT THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD IS IN NEW HAVEN CONN. BECAUSE I'VE TRAVELLED TO NEW HAVEN JUST FOR THEIR PIZZA. MANHATTAN IS NOT NEW HAVEN PIZZA, BUT IT IS THE CLOSEST YOU'LL EVER GET BELOW THE MASON DIXON AND CERTAINLY THE VERY BEST PIZZA HOUSTON HAS TO OFFER.

THE ONLY REASONS WE DON'T EAT HERE EVERY WEEK ARE LOCATION (WE HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TWENTY MINUTES TO GET HERE, BUT IT WOULD BE WORTH 45 MINUTES) AND IF WE DID EAT HERE ONCE A WEEK WE'D BOTH BECOME OBESE. Short of these two minor issues if you love great NY Pizza this IS the place to go and worth the trip from anywhere in Houston. I can't comment on any of their other menu items (they always look great) because we can never order beyod their pizza.

MY REVIEW: I started eating Manhattan Pizza about two years ago. I fell in love with the taste of the pizza, so I consistently ordered from their establishment. Everything from time to time went well. However, as of late, their customer service has been horrible. The people who answer the phone are rude, and it seems as if they are trying to hurry you. To add insult to injury, upon receiving my pizza, I found that it was not only the wrong size from which I had ordered, but it was also missing half of the cheese that was supposed to be on there. In the end, I got a slap in the face when trying to contact the manager, and I stopped ordering from them altogether. Yes, the pizza is good, but NOTHING can make up for the atrocious service.

MY REVIEW: Have had their pizza delivered twice. Excellent both times! Fresh ingredients, great amount of toppings - I'll never order from the Hut or any chain again. My friend had the fettucini alfredo with chicken. The portion was HUGE! (About 7-8 cups of pasta) Came with a salad that had cucs and tomatoes in it, not just wimpy lettuce. Also, the garlic bread was perfect. What's more, the delivery guy was so friendly! Next time I plan to go in for a visit. I highly recommend Manhattan's food. Yum!

MY REVIEW: My husband and I always order in and watch movies at home, so we're constantly trying new places for take-out. Once we'd had a Manhattan pizza, we stopped looking any further. Their pizza is sooooo GOOD! My husband is from Manhattan and says it's just like pizza back home. Even their sub sandiches are great! You can't go wrong with this place. (My fav. is the white pizza - tomatoes and artichoke hearts - YUM!)
