MY REVIEW: Just a neighborhood mexican restaurant, but closer to mex-mex than tex. The blackboard special has been lingering on a plate with fried fish, fried shrimp, with rice, french fries *and* wonderful grilled and buttered bread. The kids enchilada plate is cheap and good, and they even do a great hamburger. I haven't tried the seafood (other than the blackboard special), but the carne asada is extremely good.

MY REVIEW: It's in a strip mall at 34th and Mangum. It's typical taqueria fare but done pretty well. The sauce on my huevos rancheros was tangy and had large pieces of onion and pepper. The chips were crisp, coffee was hot and strong. The frejoles were made fresh and the tortillas were hot and thin. To top it off, prices were very low and the staff friendly. We'll definitely be back again.
