MY REVIEW: It will be my last visit..delivery is quick, order correct, food seems to taste as though its straight out of the box..rice is gooey with no seasoning. Gen tso's chicken flour tastes with added sweetness. Beef is floured and gooey with no seasoning.. I was hoping this would be my place. .im really sorry it can't be..love restaurants that deliver..I'm not a finicky eater either. Hope they consider my post. I wish them the best of improvements. Plz plz use more seasoning.

MY REVIEW: I ordered delivery from the lunch menu, I had orange chicken and garlic chicken, I also ordered chicken fried rice. Fried rice and wonton soup came with the lunch specials. The wonton soup tasted soapy. The fried rice wasnt the best and the garlic chicken and orange chicken was avarage at best. Nice people and very curtious but the food isnt great. Prices are pretty okay as well but I wont be back, the food just wasnt good enough.

MY REVIEW: Tonight we ordered take out from chin tao ( we normally order from them two - three times a month ) order delivered and the driver didn't have change. This is to my surprise since I told them I was paying in cash. So I called and gave them my credit card number they told me they probably wouldn't be back with a receipt. I laughed about the situation with the lady on the phone and hung up. The driver stood outside my door for another 5 minutes, and knocked on the door and had a made up receipt for me to sign on the back of another receipt. I said I wasn't going to sign that and he can go back and get me the right receipt and I'd be happy to sign it. By this point I was getting aggravated. Not only had I not eaten after my 11 hour work day but it was ridiculous. So now the driver said he would be back but at a LATE time !!!! Needless to say not going to order or go out to here ever again... The management of this establishment is completely wrong for sending drivers out without money to make change!

MY REVIEW: I've never had a bad meal here. The lunch specials are really large and very good. I always get happy family! Always fresh with large shrimp. Their sushi is ecxellent. Large pieces and very fresh. The sushi chef will fix whatever you want if you ask. They are very friendly and want to please. My favorite Chinese, sushi place. I eat here as often as I can.

MY REVIEW: Great food at a good price. We eat here at least twice a month and even take out. Take out is fast-less than 15 min. and it's ready.

House fried rice is the best! Try it you will LOVE it!

MY REVIEW: Very clean and great service! Food was wonderful and some of the best we've had in Houston. They have a very busy take-out too...most takeout orders ready in 15 min. We eat in or take-out at least once a month. Always the best food!

MY REVIEW: This was our first visit and we will definitely be returning. The restaurant is sleek and clean. Our hostess was friendly, but the girl who took our drink order did not quite understand us, so the hostess came back and took our order. Then a man came out, not sure if he is the owner/chef, but he said that the milk we ordered for the kids was expired and he sent someone to buy fresh milk, which was nice. We had the red house wine which was decent and inexpensive(3.75). The kids' milks were quite large.

My husband ordered a California roll, the chicken and corn soup, and spring rolls, which he liked very much, especially the soup. I had the General Tso's chicken because I have been trying to find something similar to E*ast Bo's Dragon Chicken since they closed down, and this was very good, served with fried rice. For an extra dollar, I got wonton soup and cheese puffs. The puffs were pretty much what you expect, cream cheese fried in a wonton, and the soup had a tasty broth. The General Tso's chicken was served nice and hot and I am still craving that combination of sweet and spicy. The fried rice was fine to me and it did not have any peas in it.

The girl who took our drink order seemed to be more of a bus girl than a waitress. She was very sweet and refilled our water glasses and cleared our plates quickly when we were finished. The kids had fried shrimp and fried chicken tenders with fries and rice(3.99) The chicken tenders were bland, but that's because they are basically tempura with no sauce. You can always ask for sweet and sour on the side. My daughter really liked her shrimp and even tried a piece of the California roll, which had a nice, fresh taste.

The owner/chef(?) came out and we told him we enjoyed our meal and would be coming back. He then told us he would really impress us with some of his better sushi dishes next time and my husband plans on taking him up on that offer very soon. It was a pleasant dining experience and I had plenty of leftovers for the next day.

MY REVIEW: ChinTao is back! Remodeled and everything. Ambiance is much improved and the food is back to its former greatness. We get delivery several times a month and stop in at least once a month.

Standards are ecellent...beef with broccoli is tender and the sauce is just right. Shrimp lo mein is the best around here (Cypress, way outside the Loop)and their delivery is among the fastest around. Usually 20-25 minutes.

MY REVIEW: Pretty good. I'll try them again. I orderd the General Tso's chicken. The chicken was lightly breaded and the sauce was sweet and spicy.

The eggroll was all cabbage. I was expecting a little meat and more.

The won ton was good. One per cup though.

The fried rice was a little odd. Fresh but no been sprouts, not enough egg, and peas and carrots which needed to be picked out for my finecky tastes.

Great service. It is a clean place.

I just moved to Texas from Pittsburgh so maybe chinese is just different here but I thought it was terrible. Hunan chicken and general tso's. They had a funny taste and were rubbery. YUCK!

MY REVIEW: chin tao has slipped badly. i used to drive 20 mi weekly to eat lunch here. their kung pao chicken is probably the best i've ever eaten but....since the charming owner sherry has been staying home w/ her new baby the staff has become inattentive and rude. its just not the same anymore

MY REVIEW: Moved away from this area but I love Chin Tao.....their food, service, and atmostphere are great! We usually make the long trip just to eat the great food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
