MY REVIEW: Excellent Food ! Easy to prepare.

In a fast paced world, it's great that these meals exist. Last year I had gained 10 lbs of fat, and my blood pressure had risen. By eating Smart Meals and going to health club, I lost about 12 lbs so far.
