MY REVIEW: Small little shop, but quick service, with a smile. If you don't speak Chinese, it can be difficult to communicate or get advise on the drinks. Thankfully I knew what I wanted, not hard to please. I love the cofees without tapioca. The green tea looked good, I think I'll try that next time. Very large selection.
I checked out this place just because of its proximity to the China C*afe next door. Recommended for that reason.
They don't have good A/C (2 portable units), so its not a place to have a sit down drink. To go is always best. And bring cash, they do not accept any other form of payment. Drinks are well priced though.
Will stop by again.

MY REVIEW: Best drinks: green mango with tapioca and hazelnut cappuccino with tapioca. This was where I my tapioca drink addiction started, but after a couple YEARS of HORRIBLE customer service, I've finally decided not to go back.

MY REVIEW: This place is not as good as the one in the Hong City Mall area.
Sorry to mean mean but the service is not good at all. The people making the drinks are not friendly and get irritated when you can't decide what you want or if you take a few minutes. When you try to ask them what's the most popular drink, they look at you like you're crazy or something. Is the shop owned by the same owner as the one at Hong Kong City Mall on Bellaire?
I hope they read this so that they can have better PR service.

MY REVIEW: I Do love the almond green milk tea, however, i don't care for the service. there's only one lady i think that is friendly, the rest are stuck up and unhelpful. hello do they NOT want business? and also, last month i had to wait 2 months to get my preferred flavor because apparently they ran out of green tea mix at an asian warehouse...

MY REVIEW: There are definately better places to get bubble tea in the bellaire area. The server was not very helpful when I asked question regarding the huge selection of drinks. Have not been back, have to get my tapioca fix elsewhere.

MY REVIEW: This place is definitely NOT as good as other places such as Teahouse. Service is so-so to rude, tapioca balls are always too hard, and I have decided to stop coming here. Teahosue (especially on Westheimer and Shepard) is much better ... almost as good as the bubble tea in Taiwan or Toronto Canada (where Bubble Tea houses were all over the place since the early 1990s .. and still are).

MY REVIEW: I like this place, especially the taro w/tapioca. Taro is my favorite tuber and I can eat it every day. The tapioca is also soft & fresh. I'm not sure why the previous poster would get avocado with tapioca, those two just don't mix. A good rule of thumb is if a drink is blended then DON'T get the tapioca because the tapioca will harden and taste strange from the iciness of the drink itself. The drinks on the rocks are the best to go with tapioca since the ice floats at the top and the tapioca stays soft at the bottom. Man I'm smart!

MY REVIEW: My first visit there was not a pleasant one. The lady there was not helpful when I ask her questions like, "What is a popuplar drink here?" I think she got irritated instead, because I didn't know what I was gonna order. You can't help it when there is hundreds of selections to choose. So I end up ordering an avacodo drink with tapioca. It was good, but the tapioca made the avacoda taste funny. The second time, I ordered a green tea drink and was disappointed because the same lady was there and it didn't seem like her service was getting any better. This time I ordered green tea with tapioca, and it tasted too bittered to me.
