Rose Tea Cup Tea Room, The

MY REVIEW: This tea room fits right into the vibe of Old Town Spring: tables are VERY close together, and the whole place is decorated in green and pink chintz. It's not a place for a private tete-a-tete, and it's certainly not hip.
The choice of teas is also quite limited. The focus in this tea room is definitely on the food. Prices are relatively high, but portions are abundant. I had an excellent butternut squash soup accompanied by tasty but unremarkable tea sandwiches and a lovely assortment of sweets, most of which were cookie-like.
This is a pleasant place to stop in if you're in the area but is not worth a long drive.
