MY REVIEW: I went ALLL the way out to Buffalo Wild Winsg b/c of curfew that is being enforced in Houston and we wanted more than just BEER... we wanted a full bar and Buffalo WilD wings had it all... and Great boneless wings. My 2 cousins and my boyfriend were VERY impressed. They had great music--- a juke box with great choices... and reasonable prices. our waitress did such a good job- very attentive... and the hours work out perfect b/c it's kind of like being at a bar that has food and you can't get into trouble at but you can dance and no one thinks you're THAT crazy... LOL... Great job guys... i will be back--- hurricane IKE or not... I SURVIVED IKE!!!!!

MY REVIEW: Service was good on my most recent visit, wings were hot and fresh as always. Place looked clean from where I was sitting. If I could change anything I would turn down the music at lunch so I can hear myself think and turn the lights up. Best part is, being a downtowner, they now open for lunch at 10:30am, helps beat the crowd.

MY REVIEW: This location has not been open very long so I expected it to be great. However, the french fries were horrible, and the fried mushrooms tasted undercooked (not to mention for $5 there were only 6 tiny mushrooms which was mostly breading). And the wings were mediocre. They were not fried enough so the skin was not crispy. I will not be going back and will be going to Wing S*top right down the street.

MY REVIEW: Okay, here I go. First every single time I order the popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders combo, I don't get the coleslaw that the menu states comes with it. Every time I have to ask. I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. If they don't want to give you the coleslaw, then take it off the menu for pete's sake. I have mentioned this to the manager, and all I got as a smirk. No kidding. Here is the other problem. You order six chicken tenders and got one (not even full) tiny plastic cup of bbq sauce. You have got to be kidding me? When my husband and I asked for extra sauce, they had the nerve to charge us .50 cents each for the additional sauce. This is a restaurant specializing in a variety of bbq sauces . . . so supply the all the sauce your customers need. They now charge you .50 cents extra if you want buffalo chips or seasoned potato wedges with you meal instead of shoestring fries. We like this restaurant but we are getting tired of having to beg for coleslaw and extra sauce every time we go. Also the service isn't that great. The last time I went I got up and got the iced tea pitcher and got my own refill. We don't expect a five star restaurant . . . just some good service and to give what you advertise in your menu.

MY REVIEW: We went to the Rice Avenue location last night and I was disappointed. The waitress took the order pretty quickly but the food didn't show up for over 25 minutes. We had three kids with us (11, 11 and 14) and they were fit to be tied with the delay. The server said they were backed up in the kitchen but the dining room was only half full.
My "hot" wings weren't, not even close.
Very average food and generally a disappointment. We'll stick with the 5*9 Diner when the kids want to go somewhere close and filling!

MY REVIEW: worst service ever, these people can remember what you order under no circumstances. I just like to know who hires these people and they must make absolutely nothing to only be able to hire these kind of people. Typical visit was this one, Mandi and Samantha working the bar, ordered food and two drinks, i got only one drink i ordered, 15 minutes later they finally come buy and i ask about the other drink. The response is "oh my bad i'll be right back". Ten minutes i get the other drink. Then, thirty minutes later i ask about my food and the next response is "oops my bad again i'll order it now". My reponse is nevermind tab me out i'll never come here again.

MY REVIEW: Every time I show up for special Tuesday wings, its a nickel more per wing. Service is atrocious, no paper towels in bathroom so you can leave the joint full of wing sauce. Wings are no good and always overcooked, why I return her time and time again is beyond me... H*ooters will be my new wing joint.

MY REVIEW: I love BW3 in general, but I will NEVER return to this one. We waited for 35 mins the first time, so I tried take-out. I was there 20 mins after my order to pick it up (they said 15 mins) and I waited for another 20 mins for my order to be incorrect. It would be faster to drive to another buffalo wild wings in Houston than to go across the street and wait here.

MY REVIEW: The first few times I went there, the wings were less than hot. I talked to the manager and he said that they cook so many wings, they can't cook them to order so they cook a bunch of them then have them sitting under a hot light to keep them warm. He said if I order them 'extra crispy' the cooks would put them back in the grease to cook them a bit more, then I'd get them fresh out of the grease and hot. This worked for a while, but every once in a while the waitress doesn't stress it or the cooks overlook it or somehow the information is lost. Last night I got cold wings again, and complained. They brought me another batch that was freshly cooked, but not crispy. After that, the waitress didn't return to my table to check on me again, and never offered an apology or even a 'thank you' when she brought my check (which I had to flag her down across the bar to get). This was the last straw with this venue, but I love their wings so will try the one in Pearland next time. Very disappointed.

MY REVIEW: I've never had service so bad. Ever. I have been a waitress for 6-7 years and I was disgusted here. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got fried...my boyfriend ordered cheese fries and got chili cheese fries. My friend ordered a wrap and got a sandwich. We asked for the computer games and it took 30 mins. to get them at the table. Our food took an hour and a half!! I saw the waiter outside arguing with the manager and smoking a cigarette. Our service was awful...We usually sit in the bar and the service is better in the bar. If I'm going to spend my hard earned money on going out to eat I won't go here anymore. I'll meet friends to sit and have a beer but I'm not going to pay for crappy FOOD and crappy service. It sucked. This wasn't my first bad experience here...I only went back because my friends wanted to go there. But never again will I ever eat there.

MY REVIEW: We went there to see the Bears-Saints game. It was crowded but not packed. I enjoyed the boneless wings with the garlic sauce, and the rings with their dipping sauce were also good. The burgers, on the other hand, were just sad. I had the "Black and Blue" which was supposed to be "blackened" with cajun spices and have bleu cheese dressing. Instead I got a blackened burger (cooked beyond well done) with what tasted like ranch dressing. My wife's Cheeseburger (supposedly with pepper jack) tasted like it was topped with plain white unflavored cheese food product. As a previous poster said, they should dump the burgers from their menu.
Beer: I stuck with Bud and my wife had Dos Equis. Not overpriced, and they were cold. The waitress never brought one we didn't ask for. In fact, we had a great waitress and I tipped HER accordingly, despite the cruddy burgers. She had several tables near us and was incredibly attentive to all of the patrons. I'll be back for beer and wings, but certainly not for the burgers.

MY REVIEW: I love this place for wings. Biggest in town. I usually get the garlic but last visit I tried the teriyaki and they were great! I also love their potato "chips" and blue cheese dressing.
The bad points to this place are the hard time you'll have finding a place to park, the noise level (yes, it's a sports bar but your ears don't have to bleed), and the smoking. The smoking section should be closed in and ventilated.

MY REVIEW: Speaking to the person that hacks coughs.... ummmm suck it up. Im sure you dont want to sit outside and eat in the polluted air, but think how many times you do that. How many times do you sit in a restaurant or house that is circulating the same air that is outside. Get over the smoking factor and worry about bigger things. Smokings is bad for you though. So is eating a lot of buffalo wings.

MY REVIEW: The service is better in the bar area. You can't expect much from this place...I wouldn't go looking for a 5 star dining experience. They have many large screens. The place is pretty clean. It can get extremely crowded- due to being in the Cypress area. We really don't have many bars around.
They have good monthly specials... (as in beer of the month) It's just a good place to have a drink and watch a game and or fight.

MY REVIEW: Wont go back. If 1/2 lb of ribs consists of 2 scrawny mostly boned ribs, then the bones were very heavy. The chicken tenders must have been frozen, I can get the same quality in the grocery store!! I won't go back. My $8.99 meal was equivelant to a kids meal. Nice atmosphere, but they need to spend their money on the quality of food not the quality of the dozens of televisions around you.

MY REVIEW: I will spare the details of the wrong Beer being recommended (I asked for a LIGHT Beer on Tap and they brought me a Huffenweisen(sp?) with ORANGE in it and told me it was VERY Californian! I wanted a Light beer, sheez!)
The place was absolutely Jammed, so I took a stool at the Bar. I wanted some Chicken Tenders, but they were OUT. They offered Breadless Strips and I demured. I settled on the Wings with the Mango Japenero or Habenero sauce, whatever it was. It was certainly mainly SUGAR.
The Wings were RAW. They were downright BLOODY. All I could stomach were one or two of the smaller ones, which weren't as RAW. I told the Bartender about it and he brought over a Manager. I guess my only choice was to have them make me a TO GO order of the Same. No Refund, no comp. Just a Snotty Attitude. Who could eat after Raw Chicken being served?
We are SO STARVING for good Restaurants up in Cypress. I know that Manager couldn't have been the owner, because any owner would have been ashamed of that entire visit.

MY REVIEW: This was the last time I will go to a BWW. The staff is great, but they are always trying to overcharge you. And they keep bringing beer whether you ordered it or not. And the beer is NOT COLD at all. Their wraps and chicken tenders are ok, but the burgers should be taken off the menu they are so bad. You never know whether the bathroom will be working. And the smoke - they put those smoke machines in, but they never turn them on. We sat by the window, as far away as we could from the smoking section, and some guy lights up a PIPE which you could smell everywhere! There are better wings and colder beer down the street in a non-smoking restaurant.

MY REVIEW: Excellent place to visit on Tuesdays when they offer their special...10 wings for $3.50. There are 12 different sauces to sample but I would highly recommend the caribbean jerk and the regular medium sauce. Great atmosphere for sports-minded people. On Thursdays they also have their boneless chicken special...10 boneless wings for $5.00. The wings are excellent although there is plenty of room for improvement in their service department. The waitress never checked to see if I needed refills on my drink and when a refill was requested, the waiting staff would refill it reluctantly. I would visit BWW again regardless of the service. Great food and great location.

MY REVIEW: So many of my friends don't like this place and I'm still trying to figure out why. I'm the first to admit that, even with the long list of sauces it's hard to find one that's really good. I usually go with Spicy Garlic, but for the summer they have Honey BBQ and that's really good. Always dip in ranch. I prefer the boneless wings, but the grilled chicken sandwich is good if you don't want fried. Order a side of chips and ask for cajun spice. Service varies with time and location. Only occasionally was it stellar.
I did the Blazin' Wing Challenge on Gray. The guy came out in a fireman's coat and I ate the plate of blazin' wings in just over 2 minutes. Plenty fast to get my picture taken, but it never got put on the wall. The t-shirt's ok. Funny that some of the locations have never heard of the challenge. Anyway, this is one of my favorite places just because I love chicken.

MY REVIEW: Yuck, yuck, yuck. I don't eat wings so when I go I always try other things. The burgers are some of the worst I've ever eaten, and the chicken sandwiches aren't much better. Their fried mushrooms are pretty good, but that's about the only thing I've had there that didn't gross me out. A great place to go for a beer and to watch a game, but that's about it.

We are huge basketball fans and love how into the game everyone gets. Its almost like you are AT the rockets game! The wings are WONDERFUL and the service is good too. We like TV sizes , some of the biggest we've seen (they are the big almost movie screen ones) At least at the one in Willowbrook
If you like wings and beer, and love to watch sports I would recommend this on any game night!

MY REVIEW: I have been to various BW3s in Houston but usually go to the one in the Village. It's a fun atmosphere to watch some games but the smoke is OVERWHELMING. I'm convinced they have no ventilation at all. Prices are pretty standard, drinks are decent, beer is cold. But frankly, the food is disgusting. It's the gross kind of H*ooters food - they order it in industrial size frozen bags. They just throw it in the fryer or microwave. Of course, some things are good like that. Mini corn dogs, chicken strips are a good choice but don't expect much. There are a lot of bars with far better food. The crowd is mostly early 20s - a LOT of college kids and rowdy sports fans. Also, parking here is a problem. Their lot is tiny and you will be towed if you park across the street before 9 or 10. And to be quite honest, this place is not worth the walk from the Village parking garage.
