MY REVIEW: Delivery is quick and the food always arrives to my condo nice and warm. I've tried both the Japanese and Chineese.

So far, the only thing I haven't liked is the Udon via delivery. It's much nicer in the restaurant.

MY REVIEW: This was my first time here and I ordered lunch takeout and was extremely satisfied with my decision to go on and try this place. I ordered the Orange Chicken special with Egg Drop Soup (the best I had in town) and I was ready to have my husband try this place with me. I would recommend this place to anyone who is sitting on the fence about if they should visit or not!

MY REVIEW: After reading the reviews from others I had to make sure this was the same restaurant.

I have been eating here for three years now and have been very pleased over all. My wife is asian so I eat a LOT of asian food. THe food here as I see it is the American version of Chinese food. I have not tried to get the "real" CHinese food from here - if they have any. I have not looked. Sushi is average - better than some top sushi places not as good as some of the others.

Their eggroles are absolutely the best I have ever eaten in 48 yrs of living. I will go just to get eggroles. The other dishes are good solid Chinese food. The Pan Fried Noodles Hunan Style are unbeatable as are the soups. Really great prices. Fast service.

I will continue to go back.

MY REVIEW: My boys usually order delivery and we love the food....it is always timely and hot!!! We have eaten in a few times and love the service and the taste of everything....each dish has its own unique flavor and I like that....especially the sushi...

MY REVIEW: This was my second time visiting the restraunt after a friend treated me to lunch. I was seated by a girl with way too many piercings that was clueless . It took 10 minutes for someone to take my order.after order was placed food arrived shortly after. Food was nothing special. Service was nowhere to be found. After I was done with meal I waited another 10 minutes for my plate to be taken and another 4 for my check. Pei wei is 10x better and its fast food. Imo it was not worth the 7.00 lunch special

MY REVIEW: My wife and I visited last night. The food, as usual was decent. The waitress who served us was nice, but very new, and as it turned out, gave us incorrect advice about using a local Woodlands coupon. She seemed confident that we could use the coupon for the dinner for 2, which she suggested, so we ordered our dinner this way. As it turned out, this was incorrect, and the manager on duty made her take the partial value of the coupon, $10 in this case, out of her own bank. The coupon was for up to a $12 value, but we were told that only $10 could be used on our dinner. Whoever the manager on duty was would make no exception, even though the waitress was new, as we were told that she apparently had no authority. We were told that someone named Vin or Vinnie made all policies, and he was not working. Having been a partner in a restaurant, I learned that it is the job of management to make sure that waitstaff are fully trained, and also that one should support that staff, not to mention taking care of the customer! This event put us in an uncomfortable situation, and as such, we took care of the waitress. What lousy management and customer service. Especially disappointing since we used to eat at their San Antonio location a lot when we lived there. Also, there were very few patrons at the place when we were there. We will not eat at this restaurant again.

MY REVIEW: VERY DISSAPOINTED. it came recommended....unfortunatley. seated for about 10 mins before mgr came by and asked if we were helped yet. so mgr took our order. waitress finally came out after we got drinks and appetizers (from the mgr). other table who came in 10 mins after we did, got their food before us. waitress was very bad and SLOW. she paid more attention to the other table. restaurant was not busy. food was ok. not great. lunch should have been quick, but took OVER AN HOUR. not coming back.

MY REVIEW: This is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. It is consistently good. I would say it is much stronger on the Japanese (sushi, tempura, udon) food than the Chinese food ( I think PF C*hang's is better). Having said that though, the sushi is enough to come in for at Taipei. It is consistently good, and not overpriced like some Japanese restaurants.

MY REVIEW: Strong points: Reasonable prices, good food, flexible about changing sauces and degree of "hot" as well as other ingredients. The sushi chef does a great job, at times creating a work of art with the sashimi. There is great variety in menu choices. The management and the wait staff are friendly and competent. Infrequent mistakes are corrected. The remodeling has made it more inviting inside as well.

Weak points: Nothing major.... the music could be different. The Yanni-type arrangements of old classic rock songs are interesting to say the least.

We eat there several times a month and the experience is pleasant and the prices are easy on the credit cards. That's why we go back.

MY REVIEW: I was a bit leary to visit this establishment given its mixed reviews, however it came highly reccommended by a friend. I was very pleased to find the food to be great. I had the opportunity to try the chicken, dumplings, and suishi. The food was tasty and the suishi was very fresh. I found the specials to be very reasonably priced. We were able to eat for $30 for three, which is amazing when dining on suishi.

MY REVIEW: This used to be my favorite place to eat. Key words, used to be. We went to eat tonight and asked for the Duncan Roll and asked that they leave out the advacado (since I am allergic). The waitress promised that there would be no advacado. Well of course they put the advacado in it and the waitress didnt seem the slightest bit sorry nor did she fix the problem. My Dr Pepper was horrible and when it was brought to her attention she brought me another one that tasted the same. To top if off the ice smelled like rotten fish. No thanks. We will never go back again.

MY REVIEW: Well, kinda disappointed at the quality of the food.... Ordered Chinese, and it was just average "American style" Chinese food (with sauces cover everything). I may or may not go back again.

MY REVIEW: We were disappointed; it was a typical suburban Chinese restaurant. I ordered a spicy salmon roll which was cut unevenly and barely spicy. It was bland, and the salmon was mushy. We ordered the scallops in blk bean sauce and broccoli beef. The black bean sauce was bland, and there was more green peppers than scallops. The broccoli beef was very tender, but you could see the oil glistening on the food. We won't be back.
