Rosita's Mexican Restaurant & Oyster Bar

MY REVIEW: This restaurant is just down the street from my house; so I'm a faithful customer to dine there or for take-outs. The food is always good (right temperature and fresh). I like the shrimp cocktails and the sizzling beef fajitas. The music at Rosita's is always lively and entertaining (not loud at all; just music to your ears). So as you can see, I'm a very happy customer and will continue going to Rosita's whenever the mood strikes.

MY REVIEW: This resturatnt is a staple in the community. They have been serving excellent food in the area for at least 15 years. I have been going there before the remodel I have never expererinced bad service, and the food has always been prepared to the top standards. This is a great place to eat.

MY REVIEW: Mexican food at its finest!! The restaurant is in a quaint location, so the only way to find it, is by a business card or word of mouth...

Strong: Fajitas are delicious along with the enchiladas (try the seafood enchiladas), rice and beans are great! Chips are the best in town, and the chile con queso is downright tasty....the margaritas have a nice kick, and they're cheap :)

Weak: They only have 1 restaurant in Houston, more locations would be good.

The live music on the weekends is awesome, the band can play any song english or spanish. Definitely give this restaurant a try...if you can find it :)

MY REVIEW: Rosita's has the best chips in town. A friend introduced my husband to this place and we have returned again and again. The food is not bland and they will bring you sauces to spice it up if you want HOT as my husband does. I have tried many items on the menu here and have never been disappointed in the food.

MY REVIEW: I loved the food, it was exquisite. there are no words to describe. The atmosphere, is wonderful. The music is great and the service is the best.

i would recommend it to anyone, I LOVED it and would go back everychance I get.

MY REVIEW: My family all congregate for special occassions here and we usually try to make at least once a week. We have been going there since Long before it was an oyster bar. Ha. The food is great the service is great and the ambiance can not be beat. Several times a week they have a live music combo to entertain you. They are fantastic. They only bad point they may have is they spoil you too much. Even members of the church have started going there and business associates of my husband. I can not say enough bout this place.

MY REVIEW: My visit to Rosita's was not well. I ordered the sizzling Fajitas. It took a very long time for my waiter to bring the order to the table. When he finally did the Fajitas were just barley warm, did not even sizzle. Then at one time my tea glass stood empty for 10 mins with no tea. Also in the middle of my meal I had ran out of chips, and my waiter took my empty chip basket off the table, and never gave me any more chips. I sent an email to the owner and explained the situation, and a reply was never returned.

MY REVIEW: In my personal opinion I loved the food. I really enjoyed the entertainment they have. It makes me feel as if am eating in my own country. My family loved it to, and when we have a special occasion we know were to go, here. Theres no place that will compare to this one.
