MY REVIEW: First of all, the employees and crew were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered to make any pizza you wish to eat if it wasnt on the buffet trays. They currently checked on customers and genuently cared. The food was really good and they made sure to make more when a certain kind was running out. The desserts and soups were amazing. There really is no "negative" things to say. I was really satisfied and i recomend people checking this place out. :)

MY REVIEW: Whether it's youth sports teams, church youth groups or just families on a tight budget, CiCi's has it's place. It's fast, it's inexpensive and they do a good job of keeping fresh, hot pies available on the buffet at every store I've been to.
From Houston to Dallas I have taken several church youth groups to Cici's and each store has delivered on their promise to keep the kids supplied with plenty of hot-from-the-oven pizza. This was my 1st visit to the Kemah store and they are on their game. The young staff was energetic, even exuberant, as they greeted every customer. And the manager visited each table.
While Cici's pies are never going to be confused with GREAT pizza, as chains go, they do what they do pretty well.

MY REVIEW: Who would think a simple pizza chain would be my one and only rating on this web-site...my huband and 5 yr old and I go to CiCi's Pizza on N. Fry in Katy each Saturday after super pee wee flag football as a treat to my little boy...turns out its a treat for Mom and Dad too...seriously good pizza, at ridiculously reasonable prices with a little arcade room should be enough to give a good rating but the reason I'm taking the time is because of the Service! I'm not sure but i think he's the owner and I'm sorry I don't know his name... but the man running this location meets every single customer with a smile and a warm welcome, asking all customers if they have any special requests, he is cleaning tables, delivering pizza, positively motivating his employees...heck one time he gave my little boy 4 quarters just because we didn't have any cash on us.
So if you're looking for a simple quick cheap feed, Cici's is the place...but this Cici's will not only make your tummy and pocket book happy...you'll leave with a good feeling in your heart as well...truly rare these days. :)

MY REVIEW: Store is closed...was good place for a cheap meal. It looks like this strip mall is about to be torn down.

MY REVIEW: Ummm...they added a bland and flavorless chicken soup and took away the alfredo sauce and those deliciously thick cheese garlic sticks. I'll be looking for a CiCi's that have these items

MY REVIEW: I thought I might share the last time I went to this particular Cici's. I went on my break for lunch and as always I ordered my usual "special" pizza. I like a deep dish with alfredo sauce, sausage, and pepperoni. I make it a point to tell them that I don't want tomato sauce on it because of past mix ups. I get some other pieces of pizza that are on the buffet(the one that's a super thin crust with sausage is awesome!!) I sit down and wait...and wait...and wait. I get up and ask where my special is and the cook forgot to put any sauce at all, and forgot to put sausage on it. So, they have him remake it...it comes out the same way!!!! That's not the worst part...they precede to bring it out to me after the absent-minded cook throws a handful of sausage on top of the already screwed up pizza!!! I told the person that brought it out to me that it was totally inedible. I told her to get me the manager...again I waited until I had no time left on my lunch break and walked up to the counter and asked for the manager myself. I told him what happended and asked for my money back...he comes back with a free buffet coupon. Why would I want to come back and receive the same horrible service??? I told him that I wanted my money back AGAIN and he finally returned with a refund. I hope that the cook got fired...I don't usually wish someone to lose their job, but this idiot needs to find a different occupation. How hard is it to follow a simple order? How many take-out orders were screwed up? I'll never know...but I'm sure there were quite a few.

MY REVIEW: the cicis in spring is much nicer and cleaner than the one on 1960. the people working there are teens, but they have good service and are nice. one bad thing is that if you order a pizza, they take a long time to make it because they just keep making and putting new ones on the buffet line. should order ahead to get a freshly made pizza.

MY REVIEW: We eat here at least once every two weeks. My kids LOVE the pizza and the cinnamon rolls. The pasta with alfredo sauce is quite good... and thank God they're taking credit cards. For a while there it was quite inconvenient to pay with cash all the time. Friendly staff.

MY REVIEW: I was so happy when this store opened because it was so much cleaner than the Mason Rd. store....however....it is now looking just like Mason Rd. store DIRTY!, eating areas and restrooms. The employees talk and cut up when they should be cleaning.

MY REVIEW: We always gather at the fry rd. location and the place is neat and clean. Take into consideration that it's a buffet style setup and you'd be amazed at how clean the food areas are. I see the staff doing there best to keep the place a happy and fun place to dine with your family and friends. Thanks for your great pizza fry rd!

MY REVIEW: Great Spinach pizza and I love the new Alfredo Sauce and pasta choice. Food is always good and hot. Could be cleaner, but I understand with kids around that is hard. Really like the remodeling and new image. Sure do miss the vanilla/creme dessert choice. Maybe they will bring it back.

MY REVIEW: I can not praise THIS location enough! (I've been to others and they do not compare.) The Cici's on Mason Road is very well run and maintained; the pizza is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. The owner, Ken English, is a hands own type and appears to be very conscientious about his restuarant (he and his family ate there last night also). Thanks Ken for providing the quality food and service that you do.
