If you go, you must try the cinnamon rolls. They are baked fresh there and are the absolute best in town. If you need a brunch catered this is the way to go! Everything was delicious and his omlettes are some of the best I have ever had. The coffee is good, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The free internet access is great for anyone who has wireless computers. The staff is friendly and courtious. Great selection of coffees and non coffee drinks, quiches, koloches, and pasteries. The only downside is sometimes the place gets overcrowded with young yuppie, teenagers who take over and are extremely loud when in a group of two or more. I really wish they had Tapioca drinks, cause then I would never leave. Check this place out, it's a great alternative to corporate run coffee houses which overpric drinks, and charge for interne access. Serivce is great in the mornings (plus fast) but they do close waaaaaay early at 8. They are all that Starbucks isn't; quality, service, and quality. Don't be afraid... try the empanadas. As we pulled up to the shop, we noticed the employee closing down shop at 7:30 and realized they would be locking their doors at 8, early for coffee goers. We decided not to patronize the store due to the implied vulgarity on their shirts displayed in the window. Rice. It has kolaches and coffees, chess board set up, benches and tables, books to read. The coffee's good, too. In case you're worried about the Richmond traffic outside the front door, the window glass is etched in a pattern that lets only snippets of movement show through.
