MY REVIEW: Wonderful...My husband and I had received a gift certificate from a Texans game and so of course we had to try it out. Oh my were we pleased. Everything was so on point. The lobster bisque is to die for. They beat any we have ever had. Including a non-mentionable that sounds like Salm...Ha Ha...They have escargot which is one of my favorites and can't find much these days at some of our nicer restaurants. Wow... and the dessert selection...out of this world!!!!! Please stay in business. This was such a great experince and the food outstanding!!!!!

MY REVIEW: My wife and I went there for a business dinner with a another couple. Everything was excellent. The food is fantastic and we had great service. We had a misunderstanding on the wine list. A wine was recommended to us by the waiter. There were two wines from the same producer. We thought we were geting one in the same price range as the bottle I had asked a question about. We got the bill and a more expensive one was on the bill. The misunderstanding was rectified in our favor. I would highly recommend this place for a business dinner or date - appropriate for either. The atmosphere is much better than the Ruggle on Westheimer.

MY REVIEW: Wanting to celebrate the new president elect all three os us girls we decided to drop by your restaurant at Saks 5th Ave. The food was, as usual, very yummy and the presentation exquisit but the atmosphere was boring just watching the news of the elections on your television screen until Pianist Michaelangelo showed up and proceeded to entertain us with his lively Patriotic and Soul music for the occasion. He literally brought the restaurant to come alive with us singing along and Wow !!! what a lovely fun time we had. This pianist always treats us like royalties and we truly appreciate that. We can assure you it won't be or last trip.

MY REVIEW: We had our OTC lunch at your lovely restaurant, 14 people in all and all of our entrees had a beautiful presentation. The chicken and Salmon salads along with the Steak Filet were delicious added with the lively piano entertainment by this adorable pianist Michelangelo who went out of his way to welcome us and play our favorite songs made our gathering a total success.

MY REVIEW: I had my birthday dinner here and it was fabulous. I liked the ambiance of this location compared to the montrose location. Also the service was phenomenal. I had a birthday cake suprise which they sliced into each individual decorative pieces. The crab bisque was very rich. I had the steak and lobster special and it was great. my sweet potatoe side was the only thing that coulda been better. Overall i loved this restuarant and the great service and i will be back soon.

MY REVIEW: I had a birthday party for my mother and reserved a table for 16 people for lunch. We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped out of the elevator. The pianist "Michaelangelo" cordially greeted us with a big smile on his face and the terrific song of New York New York. He made us feel very welcome and entertained us throughout our meals which I might add were really delicious with a marvelous presentation.

MY REVIEW: The place is great for a romantic evening or a casual business dinner. The decor of the place was very nice. I have been there quite a few times. But, this last time I have to say I am quite disappointed in the restaurant. For a birthday suprise I had brought in a cake and a center piece of flowers to be placed at the table before I arrived. Bringing all this stuff in 4 hours prior to my reservation time I was assured everything would be well taken care of. I gave the hostess all the stuff that I bought. Once I arrived the hostess asked me to give her a second as she ran to the back for the flowers to be placed on the table... How lame is that when I am standing before the restaurant and the guest (birthday lady) is seeing the flowers as their placed... I was quite disappointed that they could forget something like that.
So as our meal went by great the staff was ok in my opinion. Our waitress was tied up with other guests as she explained the specials for the day for them. But, at our table all we receieved was "are you ready to order". I guess that is what happens when some tables don't order high end wines and what not. So at the end of our meal I had to grab the hostess and tell her to get the cake to be brought out. And, on top of all that has happend so far. The cake I had bought seemed to have been left out. The cake was partly melted already. And why? I don' know... So I am very upset at the service of this restaurant. Never will be coming back...

MY REVIEW: I look forward to having lunch at 5115 Ruggles because I adore the fantastic piano music that Michaelangelo entertains us with. The chicken crepe and the seafood soup are my favorite. It is unfortunate that smoking is not allowed at the bar while listening to the variety of exciting piano music from all over the world.

MY REVIEW: His name is something other than Michelangelo, but he is the Michelangelo of the bistro keyboard. His music, the waiters, and food are superb, the salads, the sandwiches, the wine, and, yes, even the coffee. Truly 5 stars.

MY REVIEW: Calling it Romantic or call it business, the atmosphere and ambiance of this establishment fits both. The salads whether you eat the Crab or Chicken salads are delicious although I prefered the Crab presentation to be on a flat plate rather than a bowl where you can see what you are eating,(remember the eyes eat before the tummy). Glad the pianist Michaleangelo is back from vacation, we really missed him and he really makes Ruggles tick, his heavenly piano music draws you in like a magnet. The coffee needs improvement, the flavor brand can be better for a 5 star restaurant as Ruggles.

MY REVIEW: It was a very successful business lunch experience to dine at your restaurant. Thanks to Alberto waiting on us and getting serenaded by such a charming and talented piano player makes me want to invite my clients weekly to Ruggles. Great desserts I might add.
