MY REVIEW: I like this place more and more each time I go. The beef chili pepper is wonderful. I also like that they offer 1/2 carafe house wine. The service can be slow if they're busy because it's run by a small staff; however the food is always fantastic.

MY REVIEW: I don't know what they do to their squid, but it is the tenderest I've ever had! I ate lunch here with a friend today and limited myself to a lunch special; soup, salad, fresh spring roll and entree (I had the Seafood Garee Talak...squid, mussel, shrimp and scallops in green curry)with brown rice and couldn't finish all my food. It was so good! Their menu is extensive, so take your time! The soup was "Just Chicken" but had cilantro, peppers, chutes, and a delicious broth. The spring roll was excellently balanced between greens and vermicelli. The salad was a very nice, refreshing combo. The entree was seasoned well and had a bounty of seafood in it.

The wait staff is very friendly and accomodating; the owner came out to see if everything was all right. A resounding "Thumbs-up" was all I could muster with a full mouth. (Warning: My two best friends have eaten here and gotten their entrees "Thai Hot!" This is not something that should be entered into unless you've been subject to it before!!! Fortunately, they are professionals!) This is a true treasure from Siam!

MY REVIEW: Though it lacks curb appeal, my GF and I love this place, we've been there for dinner twice in the last two weeks. It has a very relaxing ambience, and the waitstaff are extremely friendly and attentive. Their satays are quite tasty, and the coconut lime soup was very nice. We opted for seafood and chicken curries, which were perfectly spiced and beautifully presented (for details you will have to visit there yourselves, lol). The prices are affordable. I'd highly recommend Thai Seafood, one of the hidden gems in the Bay Area, and a great place to bring your date!

MY REVIEW: The food quality is superior,( fresh prepared after you order) ,the presentation impecable ,the service great, the prices extemely reasonable, the variety great. What more can you ask of a restaurant.?We have been eating there now for many years and have never been dissapointed .Contrary to many restaurants it is individualy owned and not a chain .The have the ability because of this to improvise.Highly recommended.

MY REVIEW: My wife and I stumbled into Thai Seafood one afternoon several years back. We took in the unassuming exterior and strip center location, and thought nothing of our shorts and t-shirts. We found a very quaint, lightly polished and very authentic upscale Thai restaurant nestled in Webster. We've returned several times (with nicer attire) because of the excellent service, attention to detail, and wonderful food. This may not be the Thai restaurant for everyone. If you like your food americanized, the flavors and spices will be daunting, and the food does not always come quickly, but the staff is unfailingly polite.

One example that will highlight our love of this out of the way place: My wife, feeling bold one night, ordered her plate extra spicy. What came out was authentic Thai spice, so much so that she was unable to eat it. When the waiter asked if she enjoyed it, she confessed she couldn't eat it because of the spice. Without batting an eyelash the waiter grabbed her plate and promised to fix it. Minutes later a completely new plate arrived, sans spice, with a smile. How they can provide great service, low prices, upscale decor, and remember us from visit to visit is a mystery.

Enjoy!

MY REVIEW: A buddy and I went for lunch. White table cloth, quiet sort of place. He ordered #6 from lunch menu---scallops in curry sauce which he enjoyed. I got #8, braised pork with white rice. Very tender. Lunch comes with a refreshing salad and soup (not great). Our server was polite and efficient. She suggested desert----fried bananna with what tasted like sweetened rice and homemade ice cream. Very good.

MY REVIEW: The lunch specials average range from $5.95-$8.95 and include soup, salad, spring roll, and entree. Dinner prices are higher but not over-priced.

Try anything with chu-chee or panang curry. They'll make your food extra spicy if you ask for it. Virtually any menu item can be customized so a vegetarian or non-seafood eater can eat very well here. While kids are welcome here, Thai Seafood definitely strives to be classy and quiet. I've found the service to be excellent on every visit except one. There's another Thai restaurant in the Clear Lake area, but Thai Seafood is the classier choice.

MY REVIEW: Great green curry with chicken. It's only available on the lunch menu on Wednesday and Saturday. It comes with brown or white rice. I wish I knew where they get their brown rice b/c it is the best I've found. The green curry is definitely spicy as it is on the menu, but can be ordered with more heat. The salad has a sweet/ peanuty dressing that is a little different but tasty. The soup is a little hit or miss. Sometimes it has a little more fishy taste than I like but some might be ok with it. My husband loves the Pad Thai and gets it everytime. It's ok by me but I can't resist the curry if its available. The lunch is a real bargain too. Oh,yeah, and the real key to whether or not I like a restaurant, very good plain iced tea.

MY REVIEW: Drove all the way from Sugarland to see what the raves were all about. Would not say it's the worst food but definitely will never return again. We had a duck dish, all skin (no meat). Pad Thai was so oily, the service was average at best

MY REVIEW: Good food- crispy duck is a must try. Coconut ice cream is well worth driving from the Loop. Good lunch menu & cheap. The service is getting really bad esp. weekends. Don't get the chef specials that the clueless waitstaffs try to force on you (very expensive for mediocre food).

MY REVIEW: AMAZING! AUTHENTIC & DELICIOUS. I am thai and whenever our family wants to go out for REAL thai food we go to Thai Seafood. there's a reason why this place has been open for 12 years and still going strong. everything is is done with class from the helpful staff to the delicious entrees, rigth down to the beautiful decor and presentation on the plates

good dishes:
fried eggplant
coconut lime soup
lemon grass soup
seafood combo curry
green curry
crispy duck
pad kee mao noodles or pad thai noodles
or any of the specials

lunch is extremely affordible for the quality that you get. 6-8 dollars for soup salad, your choice of springroll and the main course. but u absouluty CANNOT go without trying their homemade coconut ice cream and fried banana desert.

if your in the clear lake area, or even if your not! this place is defenatly worth a visit!

MY REVIEW: This restaurant used to be one of the best Thai food in Houston area but what has happened?? Is it the new chef or new management that makes the quality way less than average? Everything were so salty & taste so Americanized. I may give it 1 more try to see if it will improve.

Strong Point- in Clear Lake area

Weak Point - overpriced, extremely rude waitress

MY REVIEW: I have been going to this restaurant for several years now, and have yet to be disappointed. Their food is terrific, and although they are located in a strip mall, their decor is actually very nice.

Every dish I have tried has been great, and they are flexible enough that you can order your meals at whatever spiciness you want (I like mine "too hot to eat").

Until my last visit, I had always gone there at dinner and ordered off the regular menu. Each of these occasions presented me with a terrific meal. However, this last time I went, I went for lunch.

This restaurant has a varied Lunch menu. Each day of the week there is a different selection. The prices are great ($6 - $8 without drinks) and you are severed a four course meal. With every lunch menu item you get a soup, salad, spring roll (fried or fresh), and your entree.

At these prices, you can't beat it.

Whether you go there for lunch or dinner, you are sure to get a great and satisfying meal.

MY REVIEW: Have been eating here since they opened. The food has been outstanding, except for a period some months back. But they seem to have recovered. This is a family run restaurant, with very friendly staff and great service. Easily the best Thai food in Clear Lake, and among the best Thai restaurants in Houston. Lunch is a great value.
