MY REVIEW: My family and I love Corelli's. The alfredo sauce is to die for. Portions are nice and prices are reasonable. The staff is usually on the ball. We drive just over an hour to go to Corelli's if that tells you anything!

MY REVIEW: I am forunate to have lunch at Corelli's about once every two weeks and have always left satisfied. The lunch specials are varied and I discover a new favorite every time I try to order! I would especially recommend the 4 Cheese Ravioli dish with a Caesar salad to start. You will not be disappointed. Corelli's can accomodate personal or business lunches, as the staff is extremely attentive.

MY REVIEW: Have visited both locations several times. Portions are generous for the price. Food is for the most part good, although inconsistent. The first time I had their pork chops, they were heavenly; the second time, they were overcooked and tough. Most recently, I was there with a group celebrating a birthday. I ordered the sausage and peppers, which looked and tasted like they had been in a food dehydrator for about a week. Everyone else in our group raved over their food, including the two people who ordered the pork chops. And, the staff was gracious about letting us bring in our own cake. Service on this visit was adequate, but not spectacular.

MY REVIEW: I ordered a pizza with no olives, it came with olives. No problem everyone makes mistakes. They took it back to the kitchen, picked the olives off and brought it back to me. I was stunned that they would think I wouldn't be able to taste all the olive juice still on the pizza. No apology from the manager or anything. If that is how they train their staff to fix their mistakes then I don't want any part of it.

MY REVIEW: Good food but the service is poor at best.

Having worked in various facets of the restaurant business (for 20 years), I understand "why" there will be off days (in regard to service). After being the victim of poor service for the 3rd time; I have sworn off this restaurant.

Expect to be ignored and wait...

MY REVIEW: My family and I have been going to Corelli's for years and we love this place. My husband and I can go for a romantic dinner and sit in the wine room because they only seat 21 and up in there on friday and saturday nights(nice to have a quite dinner now and then). We always bring our out of town guests here. I always order a special and my husband sticks to the Veal Parmesan. I love the fact you can bring your own wine, but their wine list is VEARY well priced too. Last time I was there the waiter told me that they don't even have a freezer!! Everything is fresh and made from scratch at the restaurant, I always knew the food was good and now I know why.

MY REVIEW: My family and I have been frequenting Corelli's for quite some time and it is always consistent. Very friendly wait staff, everytime we go always the same great service. The food is excellent and reasonably priced with daily specials to keep things fresh. We love the fish specials and if we ever have an issue the staff is very quick and efficient in dealing with it.

They have had bring you own wine all summer long with no cork fee which we took advantage of! Not sure how long that's going to last but they have a superb wine list also and usually it's only a $5 corkage fee.

The new management seems to be moving in the right direction. We're interested to see what the future holds for Corelli's and if they stay consistent my family and I will keep joining them for dinner.

MY REVIEW: We have been coming here for three months and were loving it until they changed waitstaff and management. The food is not the same for some reason and the service is not personable as we were used to. I think I will go back since they are open to your comments and suggestions. They are trying to improve and will cater to you if you are unhappy with anything.

MY REVIEW: I have gone to the Westheimer location almost once a week for about 5 months. It's convienient to my job and the food is excellent. Unfortunately the service is significantly lacking is the last couple of months. When we have had a problem with our food, the waitstaff and manager has been rude and mocking. It takes some time to get your food and forever to get the check. We kept going back hoping the service would get better because we loved the food. Alas, no.

MY REVIEW: This is one of our top places to eat. We've been going here for 10 years, as often as once or twice a week. It's the first place I take people when we're looking for a new place to eat. Out of hundreds of times we've eaten there, we've had bad service only a handful of times (usually from a newly hired waiter) and we have NEVER had bad food. I agree that the one thing they need to improve is to use a real house Italian dressing. But nobody I take there, from my boss and his out-of-town vendors, to my partner's mom, has a bad word to say about the place.

We do not eat beef, veal, or poultry, so I can't speak to those, but every fish dish I have had there has been expertly prepared and tasty. We mostly have pasta. I highly recommend the linguini with red clam sauce and the shrimp pepperonata. Off-menu secret: They have a sort of cream sauce with black pepper that is divine to order in place of the alfredo sauce on a plate of linguine. The cooks will know what you mean. Add salmon and you'll have a unique and tasty meal.

Art Institute of Houston students, ask if they still have the AIH discount. When my partner was in school, we got half price on his meal with the purchase of mine at full price. (Don't forget to tip on the full price of the meal. Your waiters are likely to be your fellow students and they need the money.)

MY REVIEW: We've eaten here several times and have brought guests who all love it. Service is friendly and attentive. Last night was first time we ate outside--very nice although a placemat would be nice as the matel tables semmed a little icky to lay your silverware down on... Food is consistently excellent and they have the best breadsticks in town. It's nice to go somewhere that's not a chain and have the food be so wonderful! Only negative comment is the side of pasta sub rosa is not that great--substitute if you can.

MY REVIEW: The service is attentive and helpful. We have ordered the pork chops, the eggplant parmasean, spagetti and the tomatoe, garlic and olive oil pasta and they have all been very good. The pizza, tomatoe caprice and mushroom caps are also very good. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have a small outdoor seating area. They allow you to bring your own wine for a corkage fee which is also very nice. Oh and we had the dessert of chocolate mousse pie which also was good. This is not a high end Italian restaurant it is a casual good solid food place.

MY REVIEW: I have eaten at a lot of Italian restaurants in Houston, and this is the best food regardless of price. My family and I now go all the time. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only draw back is it gets too packed and they don't take reservations.
