MY REVIEW: 4.95 - #10 bbq pork sandwich with mayonnaise, jalapeno, carrots + iced coffee with condensed milk + and a bag of chips.

Strong points - flavor and value. The french bread they use for their banh mi is GREAT. I couldn't get over the bread. I think next time i might take a loaf or 2 home. And normally I hate mayonnaise, but I decided to go for the full experience. It was great. The "chili" on the bread happened to be a jalapeno, which added a nice note to the whole sandwich. The ca phe sue da was good as usual.

Weak points - It's very close quarters, which I think adds to the charm, but I can see it being a problem if you come with a big party.

I highly recommend.

MY REVIEW: You can always count on getting tasty, fresh Vietnamese here. Nothing fancy or extravagant, just good food. The place is always very clean and has good service. One of my favorite places to stop in for pho or a sandwhich.

MY REVIEW: I had not been here in about 10 years and what a new place it has become!

I had the #3 which is a Vermicilli salad with the Vietamese eggrolls, pickled carrots, cucumbers, bit of salad.Typical Vietamese fare. The Nuc mum was a bit bland(a sort of dressing),but the red pepper sauce is on the table and that was quickly fixed. The Vietamese eggrolls were delicious, hot, crispy. The veggies were cold crisp and fresh.Other typical dishes were being served, everything looked great. My husband had the #5,same as mine but with the Barbq. pork.We swapped eggrolls for pork and were very happy.Sandwhiches looked wonderful. This is a very inexpensive, delicious place to grab a meal!Only .80C for a canned drink,no tip.Fairly clean and cheery.I will go back. Not a doubt!

MY REVIEW: Exceptional BBQ sandwich from essentially simple ingredients! Fresh french bread and vegetables complement the thin tasty BBQ meat. There are other vietnamese items, but the sandwhich was the keeper. While waiting, had a nice conversation with the owner who pointed out many of the repeat customers who travel from far away filling the small seating area. He is now aware of this website, and welcomes comments from diners.

MY REVIEW: the best bbq sandwich in town, however very sad to see new faces, former employees new almost all of their repeated guest as soon as they walked in the door, hope the quality of service and food remains the same

MY REVIEW: I was introduced to their barbeque sandwich and I just keep going back for more. No one can beat the price and the quality of this sandwich. It is made with their very own special homemade mayo, fajita meat cooked to perfection, fresh jalepenos, carrots, cilantro and cucumber all placed onto a perfect crusty sub bread. I'm telling everyone about this very small place that has an owner with a great personality. I give this place 5 out of 5 plus stars.

MY REVIEW: Good sandwiches and prices. They have a BBQ pork and pate sandwhich that rocks the house.

MY REVIEW: The sandwhiches there are axcellent. The bread is fresh and comes out very golden and crisp. My all-time favorite was the Bar-B-Que sanwhich. Tender slices of meat with fresh vegetables. And their mayonniase is to die for! The only weak point I would see is the small cramped area and the rushed service when it is busy.
