Courtyard on St. James Place, The

MY REVIEW: A friend introduced me to The Courtyard for lunch and, though I vaguely remember the name from bygone, days I have never actually experienced dining there. What a surprise -- this place is an oasis in a concrete jungle. The lunch was delicious (pecan encrusted chicken with asparagus and roasted potatoes and a blue cheese salad dressing) and I could not pick a fault with either the food or the service. The waiter was extremely pleasant and attentive. I will return soon.

MY REVIEW: If you work in the Galleria area, this is a GREAT place for a business lunch. It is quiet and the tables have ample space between them so you can easily carry on a conversation. The service is good, the food is fresh, and there are unique salads and pecan crusted chicken at good lunch prices. The garden is very refreshing.

MY REVIEW: Pleasant and classy restaurant. A lovely place to hold a small engagement or wedding ceremony. Also has a nice and cozy patio for dining. Friendly staff and quality food reasonably priced.

MY REVIEW: Two thumbs up to the management and staff of The CourtYard. This restaurant definitely lives up to all the great things I have heard about it.

Strong Points: Quick Service, Friendly Staff, Large Portions for pricing, Fresh & Delicious Food

Weak Points: Only open at Lunchtime!

Specialties: Pecan Crusted Chicken, Key Lime Pie. The Pecan Crusted Chicken is heavenly. Great sized chicken breast topped with a cream sauce w/ tomatoes and scallions. The chips and salsa that comes complimentary prior to you eating was also a treat...very fresh homemade salsa!

Ambiance: GREAT for lunchtime. Ideal place to take a client if you want a nice meal with fresh flowers on the table without spending an arm and a leg.

Bonus: Tables have tablecloths...very nice touch...Courtyard...you are also able to enjoy your lunch outside.

I can be pretty anal sometimes when it comes to service...but I was very impressed with the waitstaff, superb service and general restaurant setup.

I would definitely recommend others to visit while in the Galleria area.

MY REVIEW: I absolutely love this place!!! Our company just had a breakfast there today and everything was so perfect! The food, the service, the look of the building...everything was beautiful! I'd love to have my wedding reception there!! I'll be looking into what is offered.

MY REVIEW: Excellent food!! I recently had my wedding there and everything was outstanding! The food, drinks and service were more that I could have asked for on my big day. They catered to everyone of my needs. This place is awesome!

MY REVIEW: The food is outstanding! Their pecan crusted chicken is heavenly, and the St. James salad is my favorite! The courtyard is lushly landscaped, which creates great ambiance. You should check it out.
