MY REVIEW: What happened to this place??? It used to be really worth the higher price you pay. I have been eating at various Fuzzy's locations for over 10 years. The last 3 times we ordered will be our last forever, I am afraid. The crust tastes completely different and the texture is no good. The pizza as a whole was just not very good. This is really sad.

MY REVIEW: I had lunch at fuzzys on Bellaire Blvd. and ordered the Greek Salad and the Italiano pizza and boy was I amazed. The Greek salad was the very best I have had in a long time the lettuce was crisp, tomatos were fresh and had a wonderful home grown taste, Kalamata olives were crisp and not soft and mushy, like the other locations. The Italiano Pizza was very good the roasted eggplant was superb along with the other ingrediants. I had asked for a side of Italian sausage and Jimmy the owner did not even charge me.The owner is very cordial and makes sure customer is happy. and I feel like im little Italy.

MY REVIEW: The new location on Bellaire isn't all that nice, but not much different in the atmosphere. What is totally different is the staff. I just called to order pizza, and they said "We can't deliver until my driver shows up sometime after 6." Why don't they come in before that, I asked (given that they serve a neighborhood that is dense with children who eat early, including mine) and she said, "I don't know, he just doesn't" in an EXCEPTIONALLY rude voice. That is my problem with Fuzzy's--the whole staff there on every occasion has been unhelpful, rude and completely uninterested in providing service. Try C*ollina's in the village. At least the staff answers the phone in a pleasant way.

MY REVIEW: Fuzzy's Pizza is TERRIBLE (they used to be great)! A couple of months ago, I ordered a large, Thick-crust Fuzzy's Special Pizza. The pizza is super thin ( < 1/8 inch) and very soggy toward the center. I showed it to the manager. He insisted that it is the way it supposed to be. Since I ordered the same pizza many times before, I don't believe manager's story. So I asked for the owner. The owner admitted that they used a small dough to make the large pizza. So he gave me $10.00 back for the $22.00 pizza.
The SAME THING HAPPED AGAIN today. The owner is not in. The manager refused to take the pizza back. And the pizza tasted awful. How can they treat a loyal customer like this? I don't understand the business model.

MY REVIEW: This Fuzzys location is perfecto! The manager is super humble and nice. The pizza lunch buffet is an afforable way to induldge in gourmet pizza. Wonderful quality. I a;lso want to add everything is fresh and no frozen pizza dough-thats why it takes longer to prepare, the quality is worth every penny!

MY REVIEW: This was great pizza. Ordered a 16" pizza "Florida" and added pepperoni. The pizza was almost a deep dish, but the bottom was crisp. As far as we are concerned the ad is correct... best pizza in Texas. I can't wait to go back.

MY REVIEW: Me and my husband always eat at the Antion location. Sunday we were shopping in the Village and decided to eat lunch at the location on Kirby. The pizza was WONDERFUL. The service was great. The owner and staff are very nice people. Me and my husband are both Italian/Americans and make homemade pizza during the holidays. We know good pizza and Fuzzy's is the best in Houston by far!!!!

MY REVIEW: I've been ordering from Fuzzys for over 6 years and have always been quite happy. However, I will never do so again.
Last night I ordered some lasagna and a philly cheese steak sub. When it came the sandwich literally had 2 small pieces of steak, tons of onions, and some jalapenos. Nothing at all like the dozens I've had in the past.
I called and asked for the manager who I've known for years and he explained they'd changed the sandwich because they were losing money on ingredients. At 7 bucks a pop I found that very hard to believe.
Additionally the lasagna wasn't as good as it's been in years past.
A once great place to eat but apparantly no more

MY REVIEW: Unless you like cheese pizza...don't go here. We ordered a sausage pizza that had at least 5 pounds of cheese on it ! You couldn't even FIND the sausage. We tasted it and tried to eat it but instead got up and left...leaving the pizza to be thrown in the garbage...where it belonged.

MY REVIEW: Let me begin by saying two words.NEVER AGAIN!
We were in the mood for pizza and someone recommended we try the Spinach pizza here.We arrived at about 6:40pm.The restaurant had about 3 tables with people. We ordered. And we waited, and waited and waited.A hour and half later our pizza was finally ready. If it would have been good I could have dealt with the wait.It was bland and boring. The crust tasted like the forzen bread you can buy at the grocery. The feta was tasteless. The spinach tho fresh, added little to improve the pizza.Aside from the 90 minute wait,3 tables with shrieking toddlers, and bland tastless food I cant think of anything to add.

MY REVIEW: We experienced a VERY RUDE staff at Fuzzy's Pizza in Katy on top of a dirty restaurant, SLOW service, horrible tea (was there slime in the ice machine or did it just taste that way??), and unsatisficatory management that left a bad taste in our mouth almost as bad as their pizza. Please also note that if you do decide to take the risk and eat at Fuzzy's in Katy and check out their menu online beforehand that they will NOT honor those online prices! All prices, quality of pizza, restaurant cleanliness "subject to change" as Fuzzy's should say!

MY REVIEW: I visited the Kirby location during non-peak hours (around 4:00pm) on a Saturday and ordered a large New York style (aka regular) pepperonni pizza with extra sauce and received friendly and prompt service. The wait for my pizza was only 10 to 15 minutes, however I did go during non-peak hours and there was only 1 other family in the restaurant at the time I ordered. As for the pizza... it was very good to excellent. The pizza was somewhat doughy, but I'm a bread lover anyway, so I didn't mind. I would visit this location again.

MY REVIEW: I would have to agree as far as the customer service...HORRIBLE!!! At this location anyway. Always short w/ you, not attentive, slow as Christmas and even the manager is rude. The staff is so monotoned like they are programmed mutants! They walk around with no enthusiasm no smiles and no expression what so ever. On a week night at like 8 p.m. I waited 30 minutes for a greek salad... a salad!!! Pizza is alright but nothing to write home about. I hope they get it together.

MY REVIEW: The food is okay & I enjoy the Atkins menu. The staff is not organized. The wait can be 30 minutes during early lunch hour. The manager is very rude & not customer focused. After my last experience I will not be returning to this establishment unless the manager is replaced.

MY REVIEW: The pizza here is by far the best pizza in Houston. The Customer service has gone up dramatically in the past 1 year. The deliveries are a bit slow but considering the amount of orders that are placed I am not surprised. The food usually comes out within 20-25 min (for the whole pies), and about 10 min for individual slices. Though timing can slow dramatically on friday and saturday nights because of the sheer number of customers

MY REVIEW: Fuzzy's pizza has always been a fovorite of mine and the families. It seems as of late the management has allowed the quality of service provided to slip considerably. I have myself had a couple of incidents of poor attitiudes along with extrememly slow service. Once these issues were brought to the attention of the management team they seemed to be un-concerned. As a long time patron of this location, I have decided to no longer give them my business.
Food Quality is important however losing sight of Customer Service is a losing sight of what drives the business. The Customer.

MY REVIEW: We usually call in and pick up the pizza to go. This visit we ordered a California XLG. It had very little flavor. We realized after eating several pieces that the spinach was not whole fresh pieces like the last time we had it. The spinach was chopped into little pieces and watery exactly like frozen spinach. The pizza also had limited amounts of garlic and artichokes on it. For nearly $25 (tax included), this was extremely disappointing. The quality of Fuzzy's pizza has gone down hill quite a bit in the last several years. It will be quite a while before we buy another pizza at Fuzzy's.

MY REVIEW: I have been to Fuzzy's on Fondren location several times, IT IS the BEST Pizza in the WORLD! I'm a traveller and I know what a good pizza is. I thought Chicago has the greatest pizza, but Fuzzy's Pizza on Fondren is the best in every way, they even do pizzas half and half, as may son likes the cheese, while I like spinach with Alfredo sauce. Also I like the different kinds of pastas, sandwiches and the best of all the delicious GREEK SALAD! I hope you would open a new Fuzzy's in Sugarland.

MY REVIEW: Tried calling in an order and was told it would be 2.00 extra for delivery (I live across the street - not like the driver has to go across town) + there is a 15.00 min order so unless I planned on ordering something else I would be charged 15.00 + tax + 2.00 delivery; then expected to leave a tip! I said "no thank you - I will either call elsewhere or go elsewhere. The food there is NOT that good - just average.
