MY REVIEW: The most delicious fresh baked naan. I cook my own Indian dishes so I love to go here and pick up the naan and the wonderful Indian sweets. I have tried most of them and find them all very good and pretty. A perfect place if you were having a dinner party and needed an exotic dessert. Also, very inexpensive!

MY REVIEW: raja is the best!! veggie plate with your choice of naan or rice for only $4!! veggie curry, cauliflower, lentils, chickpeas and everything else is very good. there are many meats as well: goat, beef and chicken, for sure, maybe more.
plus they have all kinds of indian goodies all over the place. super hot and fast. you also get a salad. there are pitchers of ice water for the taking. the ladies are all very nice and you should try the samosas.

MY REVIEW: wow!!! i had a hankering for some indian food and was short on my cash flow so i decided to try one of the places down harwin, well hilcroft but close enough. and man was it good. its not the best indian food i've ever had but it comes pretty close and half the price of the really good places ie shiva. My wife, daughter and i each got a meal, drinks, an order on samosas and a pound of assorted desserts for under 25 dollars. I've tried a couple of other little places in the area and they were pretty good but this place is on a different level of goodness. the only drawback is that they did not have the saag paneer or riata. I guess i'll have to go back on the weekend, oh darn. And i must add that the owner and the woman behind the counter were incredibly kind.

MY REVIEW: Inexpensive fast food fare, filling portions but on the bland side.
The sweets, however, are excellent.Plus, they have a 'paan' shop for those interested.

MY REVIEW: This place rocks! Courteous service. Clean. Limited parking.
I never get the meat dishes, but sometimes I try my friends' when they do. The meatballs are good. I highly recommend the mushy-looking spinach dish with the white lumps (that's cheese). I have no idea what it is called. Also the yellow, gravy looking stuff with vegetables(?) in it. Don't know what that is called either, but it's good. The desserts are not that good in my opinion, but then I'm not a big dessert person. Those potato and pea stuffed pastry thingies are good too.
Big portions! Cheap price (they went up .50 cents on all their menu items about a year ago). Guaranteed to give you a lot of gas! Don't forget to try the carrot pickle!

MY REVIEW: Great prices, large portions, excellent food (well, occasionally it's only "very good," but never less than that), good attitude, always clean... what's not to like? I've been going to Raja for about 18 years. Yes, it's spicy; go elsewhere if you don't like that. No, it's not a full-service restaurant; it's fast food, in the best sense of the term. If you can't find a parking place, try the lot behind the restaurant. I've always found the staff to be considerate and courteous; I don't understand the remark above to the contrary. If you like this kind of food, you will like Raja.

MY REVIEW: I plan not to enter that place again. I hope it conveys all the message. The food may be good.... but it tasted real bad to me after the initial attitude of the person who served the food.

MY REVIEW: Hours: 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Brief Description: This is a very economical choice for a quick lunch or dinner. Typical price for a large serving of rice, topped with two vegetable curries is $3.00. For 50 cents more, you can add a naan. A lettuce, onion, cucumber salad is included in the price. If you want a tandoori chicken plate, the price is around $4.00 .
It's not really a full service restaurant, as you will order at the cash register (no tipping) and pick up your meal at the counter.
This restaurant also features a selection of Indian sweets, and offers banana and mango milk shakes.
The day I went, I had a lentil curry on my rice with a cauliflower curry. I could tell there was a lot of salt in the dishes, but all in all it was a tasty and very filling meal.
