Fiesta Friday's his Tuesday donations to The Rose organization to support Breast Cancer is fantastic. This entire Team Bob, Jaime and the Team go above and beyond every time I have ever seen them in action to make sure every customer is well take care of, and satisfied. Thank you all very much and keep up the great work, you will stay in business treating your customers like this for a long time. I can not wait to be 87years old and still coming in to see you all.

MY REVIEW: UNBELIEVABLE!That's all I can say about this location. My family and I came in after hurricane IKE. We were hot, frustrated and hungry. Just like the rest of the city. After visiting other restaurantsthat were open in the area, we had grown to expect poor service and rude employees. We were understanding because of the circumstances. However, when we visited Casa Ole on 290 the service was INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC and the employees were full of energy and eager to please their customers. When we offered the compliment to the manager, Bob, he said "he was truley blessed" to have the employees that he does. He also mentioned that almost all the employees, like our family, still had no power and that not one employee missed work. Bob then offered to give us a bag of ice, if we needed, since we didn't have power either. No wonder his employees were eager to work for him. My family and I truly appreciate Bob's sincerity and desire to please his customers. My family and I agreed, this will be the only mexican food restaurant we will visit (if not the only one). The rest of the restaurant world should look up and take note of this operator, Bob. He knows what he's doing and he is doing right! His employees obviously respect and love him as do his customers....especially this customer.

MY REVIEW: I will never eat at this Casa Ole again. I've had meals at many Casa Oles and have always enjoyed my experience. My ONLY reaason not to eat here is because the floors were absolutely filthy. My shoes were sticking to the floor with every step. The greasy dirt was visible from a distance. If management allows the visible areas of the restaurant to look like this, I can only imagine what the non public areas look like. I want to go home and wash my shoes.

MY REVIEW: What can I say about this restaurant, that hasn't been said already. It is one of the best and most authentic in Mexican Food. Trust me, I'm latina and it can't get any closer then to my MOM's home cooking. I loved the atmosphere and the service was pleasant and attentive. What I look for in service. Lastly, the colors and trend of this restuarant allowed me to feel welcomed and at home............great layout.

MY REVIEW: The food sucked, if I wanted canned beans and Nacho cheeses I would have ate at taco b*ell. That was the poorest excuse for Mexican food ever. I will not eat there again. If you are looking for a good Mexican food restraunt this is not it, there is nothing authentic about it. Now the service was good they were very nice. This is more like a over priced taco b*ell.

MY REVIEW: This is a fav of mine from back home. I have to beg my hubby to go there occasionally (he's not a fan). Their service is very unpredictable (quite often VERY slow). They nearly always get his order wrong (and this is a large part of why he dislikes them). Their salsa verde (green) is awesome and I love the layer dip, cheese or spinach enchiladas, refried beans, chicken or shrimp flameado, and fajitas. Unfortunately I must agree that their chile con queso and red salsa are quite sub-par.
Verdict: Good taste, cheap, not so great service. Better Tex-Mex choices available (Tio*CHu*Cho is nearby).

MY REVIEW: Casa Ole is a Houston classic. Although it's not very authentic and the "red sauce" is more like spicy ketchup than authentic Mexican salsa, Casa Ole will always hold a special place in my heart.
I grew up on this place. It was a family favorite. I developed a love of salsa and chips by the time I was in first grade at Casa Ole. The accompanying green sauce is excellent as well- like guacamole and sour cream puree or something. The best part about the red and green sauce is that it is free! They always bring more when you ask- along with chips, of course!
In addition to the red sauce and green sauce, the chile con queso is classic. The fajitas are not as good as N*infa's, but cheaper. I often compare Casa Ole to N*infas. N*infas obviously is higher quality, but Casa Ole is cheaper. If you're looking for classic Tex Mex cuisine that isn't too expensive, I'd highly recommend Casa Ole.
Here is my scale of "Mexican" chain eateries in Houston based on quality of food items: 1. N*infa's - THE BEST! 2. Casa Ole - PRETTY GOOD AND CHEAP! 3. Taco C*abana - CHEAP AND FAST! 4. Taqueria A*randas - CHEAP AND AUTHENTIC! 5. Taco B*ell - CHEAP, UNAUTHENTIC FAUX-MEXICAN FOOD!

MY REVIEW: I went there for the $9.99 all you can eat fajitas. The service was initially slow and many waiters ignored me for about 10 minutes. Once I ordered, the chips and the food came fairly promptly.
The beef fajitas came sizzling hot with rice and beans. I couldn't complain. The food was all right. When the waited asked i wanted more, I replied an emphatic yes. A few minutes later, out came a small plate with about 5 small strips of fajitas. No red-hot grill accompanied with guacamole, onions lettuce, nor pico de gallo. Apparently, the initial entree you received is not duplicated.
For those bargain hunters (even food connoisseurs), the food at Casa Ole's isn't worth it for the price. Go to any taqueria nearby instead.

MY REVIEW: I have always remembered fondly the Casa Ole's I have eaten at and looked forward to trying this one in Conroe. The food was the same high quality and low price I'd come to expect but the service was terrible.
My wife and I were seated promptly and our waiter took our drink orders and appetizer order, a small chile con queso. Another group (4 people) was seated next to us about 5 minutes later with the same waiter. He took their drink and food orders and delivered them before he brought our drinks or took our food order. We'd asked for the queso to be brought out before the entree'. We got our drinks, appetizer, and meal all at the same time but the waiter never asked my wife whether she wanted lentils or tortilla soup and had to be reminded to bring it.
I had to remind the waiter each time I needed a tea refill and had to wait about 5 minutes to get it each time. Although I'd asked for ice, he never put any in the glass. We also ran out of chips and had to ask for those, along with the usual 5 minute wait between asking and getting. We finally finished our lunch and, after asking twice, got our ticket.
I will not be going back to this location. What a disappointment!

MY REVIEW: This place is of the hook straight up in your face all about people pleasing. I was amazed by the service and absolutely wowed by the managment. The guy that owns this place is one crazy guy. We complimented him on his restauraunt and personality and he says "I just make tacos." He does a whole lot more than that. Both he and our waitress kept us in stitches the whole evening. We also got to witness a Birthday Party celebration that was out of this world. They purposely yell out a false age to make the birthday person feel good and have them ride on a stick horse while all these crazy disco lights are spinning around. This place is all about service with a smile. If you don't like having fun I wouldn't suggest this location. Try one of those other Casa Ole's that are only good at serving food. This place does a lot more than tacos!!!

MY REVIEW: I HEART CASA OLE! My family has been coming to this restaurant since my siblings and I were children (20+ years). I love their red salsa - when I eat here I put it on everything! I am willing to concede that it's not "authentic" Mexican food by any means but if you are looking for good food, fun atmosphere, and very reasonable prices then this place is your spot.

MY REVIEW: My family and I try to visit this location at least twice a month. Agter visiting several other Casa Ole's, we as a family have voted this as the best. The service is always spectacular with the entire staff smiling and eager to please their customers. The food is always consistantly good. Tonight we witnessed a birthday celebration that was probably the best we had ever seen. I don't what it is that the managemnet is doing but it is working. We have decided to make this the ONLY Casa Ole that we dine at.

MY REVIEW: We've been Casa Ole customers since they opened back in the early 70s(?). Their good food and very competitive prices just about blew the reigning champion, M*onterrey House, out of the saddle and I don't think they have changed all that much. Their prices did increase once they got firmly established. Our Casa at 12350 Gulf Frwy. is one of our regular dinner spots. We have our favorite servers and we know them by name. They know us and always seem glad to see us, even if we don't get to sit at one of their tables. Guess what? They have off days, too. They goof up or forget things occasionally but I am very flexible and understanding with my service unless it is just nonexistent. After all, it's just a meal, for goodness sakes. A flaw in the service is nothing personal. They've always rated an A with me.

MY REVIEW: I have never visited before and seen the commercial so decided to visit and bring my whole family with me! We had 10 people in total and I heard in the grape vine that the food wasn't too great, but thought I'd try. WOW!! The food was excellent, I had the stuffed chicken poblano pepper, Also, wonderful margaritas!! Only $1.49! Service was wonderful and not once did I have to ask for something. The waitress was very prompt and sweet! She was the blondie there! Overall Excellent, and I used to be a waitress so I know large tables are not easy to take care of! we were definitely well taken care of and I will be back!

MY REVIEW: Begging to disagree with the recent review of this Casa Ole' location, our experience was incredible. Four of us dined 1/17/06 and the service was outstanding - as it usually is. The food was served timely and properly prepared, and the new Chipotle Fajita is to die for . . . not to mention the stuffed poblano pepper with chicken. WOW!

MY REVIEW: This place sucks like anything, I am totally new to the place and went here on recommendation by someone, to my horror it was the worst experience ever in my life. The Food was ok but the Service was horrible, The waitress was a blonde who didn't know anything about waiting, I ordered a drink and an entree.... i had to wait 15 mins for my entree to come only to discover that there were no Tortillas so i had to ask the waitress, She went inside but no totillas,
I waited thinking she will get them. NOPE She forgot to get them... In the mean time i was having my food and after reminding her second or third time she goes in and gets Tortillas after 10 mins by which i was almost 3/4 done with my dinner. I got so pissed off i asked for the manager, He came and instead of asking whats wrong he kept giving excuses.
There is another restaurant just few blocks from there Taqueria A*rarndas where the service is much better even though food is not as comparable.
I will never ever go to this place.....
