MY REVIEW: I love this place! The food is always good and fresh, the sandwich comes with a salad and fruit, and their coffee is fantastic. Prices are good as well, but as everyone else has said, it's crowded. However, the food and friendly service is well worth it!

MY REVIEW: I am having the Philly Cheesesteak as I write this, truly delicious. The empanadas are really good and the Chimichurry Stake sandwich on Tuesday specials are my favorites. But every I've eatten here is superb.

MY REVIEW: The reason there are so reviews about this place is that the people who go there do want others to start going there. The food is awesome and pretty cheap. $7.00 for the Monday sandwich and a drink. There are two downsides: it that is small, but if you are not shy, share a table and it is only open Monday throught Friday until after lunch. Like others have said, all of the sandwiches are good; the sandwich of the day is always the best. The guy who owns / runs the place is really friendly. The Empanadas are really good too.

MY REVIEW: I had the Yorktown Chicken Sandwich? (Don't remember the exact name) It had chicken and avocado, and it was really good. Small little place, very friendly service.

MY REVIEW: 1) Cozy atmosphere 2) Friendly service & people 3) Great food
First thing that was different about this place was that you pay after you eat... which we weren't used to for an order-at-counter place.
Went here for lunch for the first time. Didn't know what to expect. It was a little place with not too many places to sit, but it was nice... weather wasn't hellishly hot yet, so we sat outside. We ordered the Yorktown Chicken (the avocado caught my eye) with mustard on rye and Chicken ChimiChurri on rye. I loved the yorktown chicken... so much flavor, and the ingredients tasted so fresh!
If you're around the galleria area for lunch, give this place a try.

MY REVIEW: The daily special sandwich is always the best. Excellent coffees too, and they have mate! I try to eat here every Wednesday, for the philly cheesesteak special. Yummy! The owners are very friendly, making this one of my most favorite lunch hangouts.

MY REVIEW: I live down the street from this place and I must say the sandwiches are amazing! Best sandwich in my opinion. The price is great too. The spinach pie is also a favorite. A must try!

MY REVIEW: This is a great place to get away from the Galleria hustle and bustle and have a nice relaxed lunch. The food is great consisting of sandwiches, salads and argentine empanadas. The brother/sister duo who run this place are super friendly and make everything fresh and delicious. The specials are a great value and the coffee is outstanding. This place is very convenient to Galleria but you feel like you've left Houston. If you close your eyes and concentrate, you can imagine yourself in some cool cafe in BA.

MY REVIEW: this place really is a hidden gem. i'm not that easily impressed, but this place has great food at low prices. the only drawback is its small size, which can make it crowded if 10 people are there. check this place out!

MY REVIEW: Strong point is they serve great food for a great price. Their weak point is they are only open from 10:00am to 4:00pm. They should open at 7:00am for breakfast. Great collection of photos on display.

MY REVIEW: This hidden gem has amazing Argentinian daily lunch specials at rock bottom prices. It is virtually impossible to spend more than $10 here, and if you can manage that you'll be too stuffed to get back to work. I normally get whatever the daily special is (usually <$5 and consists of a sandwich, salad and choice of potato/pasta/fruit salad) and an empanada (~$1.50, beef or chicken).
Along with Argentine food and deli fare, they have gourmet coffee, tea and mate.
