MY REVIEW: Hands down the best BBQ in town. The BBQ place on Kirby that everyone loves to rave about has nothing on this Bellaire establishment.

The sliced beef is always so tender and their sauce is to die for. Sausage is always good as well. Just writing up this review I'm getting so hungry I am going after I finish!

MY REVIEW: I've been going to Brisket BBQ since it opened and love the food. The only problem I have with this place is they allow smoking in their restaurant, and I can not stand the smoke. But the food has always been very consistently delicious. My favorite is the slice beef basket, which comes with a huge basket of "crispy" fries. And their Grilled Chicked is the best I've ever had...which is really really good on their Baked Potato. I go very often because I love it so much.

MY REVIEW: Well locals know not to go here after lunch that would account for the people that report dry meat, LOL. But great for lunch!!! Hey I still go back after many years. It's a nice place to eat if you happen to be eating alone. It's real low key, noone bugs you. I like it alot. I personally like the loaded baked potatoes with the brisket on top. There is a fixings bar with onions, lettuce, white bread and pickles, etc. Goooood Stuff!

MY REVIEW: This was our first visit. We ordered two plates. Between them we had the brisket, sausage and turkey. The brisket was dry and we didn't care too much for the sauce. The beans had the same sauce taste. The potato salad wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either. I would have to say that the thing we liked the best was the coleslaw. We originally set out for the Hickory P*it down the street, but ended up here when they were closed. We won't be back for a second try.

MY REVIEW: Brisket BBQ is always cosistant It is not the best place in town, but it is not bad. The combo plates are always loaded with your favorite choices of meat. It is always very easy to get in and out for take out and they will also deliver if you wish.

MY REVIEW: I think that the brisket bbq is the best bbq in town. Ever since I started going there the sevice and food there is the best and there is no better quaility in a restraunt than that. The beef is extremly lean and has the best taste. They always stack the sandwiches with lots of beef so you dont get gipped on what you are buying. Their burgers and grilled chicken are delicious too they are made when you order them so you do not get some cold tough piece of meat. I think the sauce is extremly good it has all the qualitys that you would want in a sauce. I like the food that brisket bbq provides and I will continue to go there, and anyone who does not like the food is out of their mind.

MY REVIEW: Great to go plates. Front serving area appears clean. Better beef (less fat on brisket). Always gets special orders correct.

Good sauce (on the side in a small container must be requested). Good daily specials. We will keep going back.

MY REVIEW: We pulled up to this place last night thinking it looked like a real BBQ joint. The parking lot was empty... maybe we were about to discover an unknown gem! We walked inside and my mouth started watering. Everything about this place screamed good BBQ... except for the food. Dry brisket. Greasy sausage with no flavor. BBQ sauce that seemed more like carne guisada gravy or canned enchilada sauce, but with unidentifiable lumps. The beans, unfortunately, tasted as if they too had been cooked in this "sauce." The only one of us that was satisfied was my 2-year old, because he loves pickles. Now we know why the parking lot was empty...
