Their ground coffee is one of their big pluses; it must be good if they sell it at local Houston supermarkets. These donuts fill you up. I'm just not excited about deep fried donuts sold at that other big donut chain in Houston, besides deep fried food is bad for you in the long run. These donuts are a better alternative. Their donuts are not as good as other donut stores. Their donuts are not as soft and seem to be more bread-like. To add to that the service is not friendly at all. The workers give you a look that says 'hurry up' and 'are you done yet?' and it just makes you uncomfortable to order from there. Also some of the new coffee drinks like the Coolatta dont look anything like the picture in the ad. I dont even go there any more -coupons or not.
