MY REVIEW: This store is a hidden treasure ,granted they are small and have some packaging issues their chocolate is unlike any other it is pure with no after taste. It is worth every penny. A true lover of chocolate has to taste the truffles they are delicious. I have asked them about the chocolate and if they make it they were very honest and told me what was not made there was made with their chocolate. If they did not make the chocolate their how can the turn around on orders of special designs be so quick. Ask at a slow time of year and I'm sure they will let you see the kitchen.

MY REVIEW: Ihave read the reveiws of the previous consumers and must diagree with the first one that they do not make their own chocolate, i went with my son on a school tour of the store and was amazed at the creativity this yes small store and staff have and saw them making the chocolate. The store is small but the have the capability to create large things in this store . At the museum of natural sciences chocolate exhibit the created a almost life size dinasour. The chocolate is wonderful also for true choclate lovers this is the place to go.

MY REVIEW: I bethinks the last two reviews were written by the owners or friends of theirs. This place is so small and rumor has it they DO NOT make any of the clusters and other single items that they have for sale. It is very hard for me to get around in this store. I can never bring my friend that is confined to a wheelchair! Oh well it is no great loss to my friend. I brought chocolates from here to my friend and she went "pheeeewy!" That summed it up in a nutshell.

MY REVIEW: I decided to make a stop at Chocolate Designs today and i will tell you I was in awww the whole time I was in there. My sister is getting married in May and of course Im in charge of the food and favors for the wedding. The atmosphere in this store was very suprising it was more grown up unlike the Chocolate Bar. The employees were also a great help they brought out molds from the back to give me more ideas. Then I saw this magnificent horse and carriage that they have displayed behind the counter i could not believe what i was seeing I only wish i could have taken a picture to show you. It was all in white chocolate and had beautiful decorations around it I have never seen such a thing before. Well, they also have a wide variety out for Valentines Day with roses made out of chocolate and put in vases and hearts of chocolate that say i love you (i know this is were im going to get my Valentine gift for my husband). And i just want to thank barbara for reccomending Chocolate Designs to me (us).

MY REVIEW: I have visited many chocolate stores around houston including The C*hocolate Bar and G*odiva which I will admit have good chocolate. Then one day 2 years ago I heard about Chocolate Designs and decided to make a stop. The chocolate there is the best I have ever tasted and I visit regularly the employees even know exactly what I like and are very helpful. They have such a wide variety but the best is the toffee and the truffles that are hand made. They even have an unique assortment of chocolates shaped in any shape imaginable(vehicles, animals, texas stuff, wedding favors, and the list goes on and on). I highly recommend anyone who reads this to take a visit you wont regret it.
