Thanksgiving Dinner 2012 All Thanksgiving orders must be placed by Saturday, November 18, 2012. A 50% deposit is required. Final payment is due on pick up. All orders will be available for pick up between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 and between 9:00 AM and Noon, Thursday, November 22, 2012.
Pick your turkey Choice of: Traditional herb and butter basted oven roasted turkey -or- Peking lacquered oven roasted turkey
Pick your 2 sides Choice of: Good old fashion green beans casserole -or- Cornbread stuffing -or- Buttermilk and sour cream mashed potato -or- Oven roasted vegetable medley -or- Homemade mac and cheese -or- Wild mushroom risotto
All dinner will be accompanied with cranberry and walnut chutney, Cognac and peppercorn gravy and homemade yeast rolls
Pick your dessert Classic pecan pie -or- Pumpkin mousse and raspberry cheesecake -or- Sweet potato pie -or- Cinnamon apple pie
Turkey breast only (serves 4) - $75.00 Whole turkey (serves up to 8) - $150.00 Whole turkey (serves up to 12, include 2 pies) - $200.00
Sides by the quart = $8.00; Quart of Gravy = $8.00; Whole Pie (serves 8) = $24.00
