Appetizer Selections
Ceviche Made with Halibut and Scallops with fresh chopped vegetables. Nothing Better
Cup of Carrot Corn Bisque. Rich and robust, topped with fresh chives, Parmesan cheese and chipotle salsa.

Oscar's Salad. Arrugula and watercress greens with fresh white cheese, tomato, red onion, cucumber, avocado, roasted cashews, pistachio and pecan nuts, served with our Balsamic-lime-soy vinaigrette.

Salmon Borracho. Fresh cured salmon sliced paper thin, served with lime-cilantro sauce, capers, minced onions, fresh lime and crostini.

Main Course Selections
Offered with 2 side dishes: choice of Mexican rice, black beans, Chipotle/garlic mashed potatoes, baby green beans sauteed with garlic and mushrooms, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables or cream spinach.

Beef Tenderloin Medallions, Marinated and perfectly seared, sliced into medallions served with Mango Cascabel sauce.

Grilled Shrimp Enchilada. Grilled shrimp wrapped in corn tortillas and topped with our Tomatillo salsa verde and avocado slices on top.

Grilled Marinated Salmon. Marinated in tequila, perfectly grilled, and served with fresh kiwi and mango slices. Complimented with our light tomatillo salsa.

Chiles en Nogada. As featured in the classic movie Like Water for Chocolate. Roasted poblano peppers filled with minced chicken breast, raisins, apricots, apples, pineapple, mango and a myriad of delicate spices, complimented with a delicious cheese walnut, cashew and almond sauce, topped with pomegranate seeds. A true delicacy!

Chicken Manchego Marinated boneless grilled chicken breast filled with aged Manchego cheese, mixed with sauteed onion and cilantro, topped with our signature Mole sauce and roasted sesame seeds.

Chilean Sea Bass. Prepared lightly blackened, served with our Ancho chile salsa. Amazing!
